Brian Talley, brother-in-law of Geraldine Talley, gives victim impact statement

Geraldine Talley was one of 10 people shot and killed at Tops on Jefferson Avenue in Buffalo on May 14, 2022. On February 15, 2023, the gunman was sentenced to life in prison without parole.
