As described by UberNERD, the quests have been changed slightly: ua-cam.com/video/w6m458rw3I8/v-deo.html
New recommendation is to complete GE64 as soon as possible, and only then complete a town. That way you will complete the new task requirements of the GE quests at the same time.
Looks like you also have to complete more minigame tasks.

Not worth the final 2 quests, 4hr skip 2x and 8hr 1x. 2600 pots in exchange for 2 quick promotions, finish all special, and Glassworks upgrade is a bunk deal. Swan the Beast here
New Rival Challenge is worth. You can get the platinum upgrade kit

I was running some numbers and I think I stumbled upon something very interesting. If you are using the Swift-Sham Savings, it is FASTER, in Town 1, to only upgrade the Festival and Transport to 270 and keep Fireworks at 25. You still get the same number of tasks by keeping them at 250 until reaching the Upgrade 200 task. (20 Festival, 20 Transport, 100 Hats, 54 Flowers, 3 Cakes, 3 Drinks = 200 upgrades).
Reason being, it costs 5.89Q to go from 270/270/25 to 300/300/50. But if the finish line is 6.3Q, then you might as well save all that!

If I level up my shipyard and festival manager to level 5 in an almost-finished town and then start a new town. Will it remember that I've already done it?
PS I'm not on that task yet, but I know it is coming.
It won’t remember unfortunately if you’re not yet on the task. I made that mistake in my first challenge :(
i quit the game cus the events became 5x the work. no event other than christmas has been enjoyable since 2022

When you say, upgrade to 100/100 Festival/Ship and cake 14-15 to use two timewarp, is that town specific or same in any town variant? I'll be on town variant 1 when i do the rival challange.

Do you need to do the tasks about town at that moment or it is auto completed if you already did it? For example, if the task says to get level 2 manager for cakes, but you already have the manager level 2 or higher, does it count or you need to start a new town to do it?
The manager tasks will auto-complete, the others (time warps / tasks) will not.
Start the next town with your BRAND.NEW.BOOSTERS. 😊
Great guide MC. Can this be done if you have almost no pots of gold at the start? Or do you need spend a bunch of your own pots of gold to get managers up to required level?
You need 1180 pots of gold if you use 8 quick promotions, you can get 1000 pots of gold from questline B and C, so if you do those first you should get most of what you need :)
there's only 7 days left and I haven't seen hide or hair on how to do the actual rival challenges. i haven't seen nothing but even challenges.
The first one started last Tuesday and lasted two days, next one will start tomorrow and should last two days

How long does it take you to complete a town, considering that you have all the managers at a really high level? Do you save a lot of time compared to the 22/23 hours that you usually need?
This town you can complete in 15-20 minutes if you do all rival quests. If you skip the 3 final questline D quests you need another 9.5-10 hours after from getting fireworks 25, festival + shipyard 250 (either stop, or level up to 50/300/300 for ~30 min time save). If you do the 3rd last quest but not the final 2, you will save an additional 6 hours, so another 3.5-4 hours from 25/250/250.

Do we know when pirate event comes? I think the next is the one with the technology buildings. Is summer event after that? Asking to collect diamonds for that event
Probably a couple of events away
Anniversary event is coming up next (as you say, with the "high tech"/futuristic buildings). There is some sort of new Historical event after that, I think. Summer/Pirate event is usually in July or August.

They change rewards, now Glassworks is on the last quest :(
Edit : Ohhhh they also include quest from gameplay in the GE quest! now you need to do all 4 quests at the same time, you cant autocomplete anymore
And they change from 8+8 quest to 16+16 quests

Note: there are TWO Rival events during the St Patrick's; one this week and another one next week, both only lasting 48 hours. I think they normally start at 8am server time on the Tuesday when GE opens, but that is just the trend, not official.
How do you complete GE level 4 in only 48 hrs? You need 64 tickets. You start with 8 and get 1 extra per hr. So max 56.

Is it worth doing, 2x4 hour speed-ups, so you burn through 1400 pots?

Copy the contents of the pastebin link in the description. In-game, click on the edit button (pencil symbol) in the foe helper module and paste the contents there

How many 8 hours time skips will be in the Rival quest?? I am getting secon task with 8 hours skip( 24 out of 32 so far) and it will eat up all of my gold( may be even need to buy some)
Great video! It seems to me that the last three quests of questline A are not worth the reward. If you are going for Archdruid Upgrade, sure, but otherwise you are spending lots of PoG and lots of promotions just to earn 7 Time Warps
Yeah. 3rd last might be worth it, but the last two definitely aren't :)
I beg to differ, Glassworks is certainly worth it. I'd spend 1400 pots of gold to buy 6 chests just to get it. Upgrading the managers with manager-upgrades to get that it worth it
@@KasperPlougmannSure, definitely worth considering. FWIW it's 1400+1200 to get it from the last two quests.
@@MooingCatFoE Questline D (timeskips) is not worth it. Then do a city more instead. But A, the managers? Clearly worth it to complete :)
The extra pots of gold for those last few quests are basically a bunch of diamonds that you need to spend. For that cost, you get the Timewarps, a Glassworks kit, a "finish all special productions" kit, and if you ALSO finish the GE-related tasks, an Archdruid hut Platinum upgrade (milestone reward).
The extra timewarps might help you complete a few more town tasks if you are competing for Gold League, but for the last two time skip tasks, 5x 2 hour time skips would cost 2000 Pots of gold, but you are paying 2600 Pots in total to complete those tasks. So clearly you are paying SOME Pots to get the other rewards. The extra rewards are fairly cheap if you need/want them, but too expensive if you don't need them.
Overall, only you can decide whether the extra cost in diamonds/$$ is worth it for the rewards.

"the quests have been changed slightly"? they removed the best upgrade-kit from the rewards! that makes your video quite missinformative . i almost bought the two 4-hours speedups before realizing that there is, in fact, no platinum upgrade for the archdruid hut 😤
The workload is becoming less than enjoyable. It's supposed to be a fun game.
How does fighting in GE autocomplete the “negotiations” quests?
I guess it's because that if there's no more encounters left in GE, all GE related tasks/quests are autocompleted
When the program sees you have completed GE4, it recognizes that you no longer have the option of negotiating any GE levels so it auto-completes the quest.

I guess now the question becomes “am I strong enough to fight through the whole thing in only 2 days?” I strongly suspect the answer to that is “no” 😔.
Would it work the other way around? Could I negotiate through everything and have the fights get autocompleted? If I start saving up goods now I might be able to do that for the second rival challenge.

GE4 cannot be completed by new accounts without using diamonds when obviously not enough medals to progress in GE; very unfair
