Great stuff as always, Shane. I pre ordered the two pack. I dont feel the need to have the hospital version. I do love the bathroom scene version, mostly because I love that scene. However even though it fits the scene and is accurate, for some reason his eyes being closed bothers me. Im also a little cautious, I feel like given the price Inart's QC standard should be impeccable but one of my Leger Joker sculpt has a scuff on his nose and all Inart did was tell me to paint over it. I was definitely being picky, but didnt think it was unreasonable given the price. I am slightly nervous something like that may happen again.
This one is really tempting me I suspect I maybe priced out and it will be about a years collecting budget for me. I think I would rather put my money into Moducases if it's around £1500
Are we absolutely certain that Hot Toys is out and won't be doing its own take on this character? I'd love to see another head-to-head, this InArt Joaquin Joker could become a legendary release, especially if nobody else is doing it even though, unless I missed the news, I could see JND wading in.
Not trying to yuck anybody's yum...but why? They should have made the hospital coat,shirt,shoes, and head sculpt accessories to use with the bathroom scene body. And then, instead of doing a whole unnecessary body, give us a laughing version of each sculpt. What is it with all these clowns not making a laughing Joker sculpt? Especially with this iteration...it was his whole thing.
The hospital sculpt is laughing, well smiling at least. I think companies are reluctant to do laughing sculpts because maybe they are harder to capture. Like the JND one…wasn’t great. I like that they went all out with the 4 instead of 3 with swap outs. It will be 💸💸💸 though 🤡🤡🤡🤡

If they had a sculpt of him with that pained laughter like when he was on the bus with the kid and the mom...and then at the very least make one of his smiley face when he took the mask off at the subway station in the red suit...that would be something. That would make me wanna reach into my pocket. These are great figures, without doubt. I would not be mad at having these in my collection. But for the money they're gonna ask for this...they need to completely nail it. And no laughing sculpt means they didn't completely nail it. I'm sure a lot of people are gonna love displaying these, and that's great. But flat-out, the Joker has to do more than smile. He needs to laugh.
