He hasn't left yet. On his page he put out a video explaining it and it made me feel better. I'm still going to let myself pout for a while but I want him to enjoy this new phase of his life. It would hurt so much more for him to deny it and have to watch that beautiful light and sparkle fade from his eyes. I trust Austin and the guys to pick the perfect addition to Home Free, as they did when Chris decided to leave. Chance has fit in perfectly. I will support Austin as I do Chris and I will always love Home Free.
Yeah, it is hard to blame a guy who wants to start a family with kids and be home with them as well. Austin is a solid man. I will miss him and at the same time wish him luck.
Love this great classic song from Ben E. King back in 1961. The Home Free guys did an awesome version as always. Love their arrangement on this cover. Great vocal leads by Austin & Rob. Tim's bass really stands out for me in this one. And Adam's tasteful vocal percussion is on point.
A cappella doesn't get any better than this performance. "Stand By Me" comes straight out of the Doo Wop era. The author, Ben E. King, was an early member of the great Doo Wop group "The Drifters."
Hi, young lady. Austin is going to stay with Home Free until autumn. Then he wants to have a family and stay close to home. Always enjoy your wonderful reactions.
This is a beautiful version of a classic song. I'm sorry that Austin will be leaving later in the year, but I'm happy that they have said he will remain as part of the Home Free family and I respect his reasons for wanting to move away from the touring lifestyle. I also trust Adam, Rob, Tim and Chance to find someone new to add to the Home Free sound.
This was class act good! Their blend is unmatched as far as a cappella guy groups. Voctave has a great blend as well but they are a mixed group! If you want to see them live, make sure you see them before fall. Austin will be missed because he is such a unique talent but hopefully they will find a voice that blends just as well! What has always set them apart is they blend but as soloists they are exceptional great reaction! Low bass Kenneth
Great reaction Jess. It was the bomb. SO beautifully done. Love those bell tones, slowed down part with no beatboxing was great. Love Tim’s lows at the end too. Just a great version! I agree Jess! Wonderful!😍😄
No such thing as perfection, but this is as close as it gets! My favorite, so far, of the remakes. It is a harmonic master work. What else can be said?
Great reaction Jess! Although every new #HomeFree song becomes a new favourite, THIS SONG is in my Top 3. The arrangement, Rob and Austin's solos, the layering, Adam's masterful/subtle percussion; Chance and Tim with the amazing background vocals - it's perfection! As others have said, Austin is still with the band and touring with them through much of this year. I know both he and Home Free will be just fine as they move forward with love and support from each other and the Home Fries.
Austin is leaving because he wants to start a family and be at home, not on the road. We posted a video and is going live tomorrow to go more in depth.
Rob has such a great voice. It's soothing.

This has definitely become one of my favorite Home Free covers - so,so good. Phenomenal arrangement. Thanks Jess! 🖤🍟
Wasn't that wonderful? That last "chord" with the runs by multiple voices is magnificent.

Austin made an announcement on his UA-cam channel but not leaving until this tour is over. March 26th I get to see them one more time.
Jess, you also have to listen to Tim Foust singing a song called In My Room. ( he does all the parts )

This is my favorite track on their album, As Seen on TV.
