My GreatUncel Jack was in his sixties and driving to my great aunt’s house for a Christmas party. His arm starts hurting and his wife tells him to pull over. He doesn’t, true to form for my family, and enjoys the Christmas party. The next day he goes to the hospital and they told him he had been having a major heart attack for about a day, and someone didn’t die, and was still just fine.
