This scam goes back to at least the 80s, when you would see commercials where some guy would say, “Send me money, and I’ll teach you how to make easy money.” And then the class would be showing you how to place ads telling people to send you money to teach them how to make easy money.
Majority of these "show you how to be successful with these tricks" people are scam artists and it's nothing new. Countless documentaries on how long this has been going on. A sucker is born every day and the majority of these people take advantage of naive young men and desperate people

I don't know about the Pauls but Tate specifically said he moved to Romania because he can legally get away with more shit there than he could in the UK. The examples he cited related to sexual abuse but Eastern European countries also tend to have very lax and/or poorly enforced laws on scams and financial exploitation.
