Our Indian cinema has changed alot, that is sad thing i feel,.i am talking whole of indian cinema bollywood, kollywood etc etc, those period or time of our indian cinema was magical.
those actors or actress also were very very fabulous in their work. those period was famous for their actings, like face expressions was 1 of the major role played by those actors in those decades and so they knew it what is acting or how an actor should do actings? our old movies or actors and actress cannot b compared to this generation movies or actors and actresses, bcoz, as you can see the difference between old movies and new movies, i like to add in advance those period actors were more focus on acting or they r more involved in acting, that is y it said old is gold, i am of this generation, but i love love my old hindi movies, songs, singers, lyricist, everybody were fabulous, fantastic, great on those decades. the great legends like raj kapoor sir, nargis madam, mgr sir, shivajiganeshan sir etc etc are the best actors of those periods. those actors were great, no words.. 😊

Din Dhal Jaaye (Guide),Khwab ho tum(Teen Deviyan), Tere Ghar Ke Saamne Ek Ghar title song all explore his versatile self from sauve sophisticate to urban criminal to mischievous lover. Or even the 15 mt short synopsis of Bambai ka Babu from Shemaroo is a great example of the antihero of the B&W era long before Amitabh and Shahrukh came to carry forward the legacy. It's amazing how they shot Tere Ghar ke Saamne title song with Nutan captured in a glass of drink. How realistically she shivers when someone drops an ice cube in it. And how earnestly Dev sings to his glass.
@@chiffchaff Oh yes, the cigarette flicking moment in Zindagi ka saath nibhata. Captures the essence of life. The lyrics are so meaningful. Especially "Gham aur khushi mein fark na mehsoos ho jahan". Sahir outdid himself. The whole soundtrack is wonderful. But I feel that Sadhana's solo Jahan main aisa kaun hai is underrated.

My god, how could you all continue to be so disrespectful of Raj Kapoor, the greatest showman......Of the 2 of them, it is Raj Kapoor who you should be asking to see......The man was the consummate creator producer director actor and entertainer.....no one can tell a story like him...the way he framed his shots, the lighting, costumes etc etc, he did it all.......He was so particular about his songs too that he got involved with the whole process of creating them except for the singing.........We know you’ll never get to him 😂 just like you’ll never get to Kareena.....you have lesser talents to explore and build up.
