This was awesome and thank you so much for this routine. Lower abs are challenging area for me to develop, but this will be great for my goals. I am working out from home in NY USA. The most challenging for my was the overhead stretch to a crunch. I did the full movement, but had to rest when I sat up by taking a few seconds at the top with my hands on my shins lol.
Exercises are great, but please turn down the volume on that alarm. Your voice is much softer and it's a huge shock to go from your conversation tone to that loud ring!
