As an almost 57-year-old woman, I've been meaning to add some strength training into my routine. So happy to have found Mr and Mrs Muscle 20-minute workouts! I set my Apple calendar alert around noon to take a break from my computer and do a quick 20-minute workout. So far, I'm using 8-lb weights and usually do the modifications but I can feel myself getting stronger. Doing these videos 2-3 x/week with daily 3-4 mile walks and a weekly vinyasa yoga class has been the perfect moderate combo for me. Thank you so much! It's fun to work out with beautiful people!

Love this! Your modification for lunges was absolutely amazing. My knees are not good, so normal lunges don’t do anything for me because my form suffers. I could feel these in the best way!

Hiya, I’ve not created workouts for PCOS specifically but many of our workouts can be used. This all depends on you. If you are just starting out You may want to start by going for a brisk walk and/ doing low impact workouts - Body weight or added resistance using basic movements. Most of our workouts include a low impact modification to be used where & when it’s needed. Are you active or have a regular training schedule? If so what workouts do you typically do? Knowing this will help me best direct you ❤️
@Mrandmrsmuscle I do your workouts. I do lower on Mondays and Thursdays. I do upper on Tuesdays and Fridays, and I Full body 77 on Wednesdays. I have been using your workouts since last year, changing different exercises after 6 weeks. I have gained strength. I lost 5% of my weight but hit a long plateau. I was thinking maybe bc of cortisol.

What lbs did you get for?
