I grew up going to boarding school at Salisbury School near there. Proud owner of a car almost like your Dad’s. Mine is an Air Grand Touring on Aero Blades with the Tahoe interior.

I moved to Fairfield, CT at the end of December...we looked at New Cannan but the inventory was near to nonexistent...same with Darien...we love Fairfield and are happy with our choice.
We need a highway range loop test in the LFP model 3. Really curious to know about that efficiency.
12:10 my 2020 Model 3 wheel also looks like it's been sneezed in a few times without being wiped off (which has never happened). Probably due to material choice.

The road noise seems quite pronounced with the Tesla. Not sure if that was just the camera mic setup or if the noise level is really that loud.
@@vickykennel7414 It sure doe sound like there is quite a bit of noise. Been watching some of the competition vehicle videos and they actually sound like they are quieter than the Tesla by quite a bit. This video just seemed to make that noise level seem very obvious.

Today I took my 1st ride in a Tesla Model 3 (Uber ). I was not impressed with the ride quality. There was road noise and super bumpy. Is that the norm or could it be that the Uber Model 3 was run down? Surprisingly my Zo6 rides more smoother than that particular Model 3.
OMG that road totally is a racetrack. No where for cops to hide. People are maniacs there.

Not really. Unless something is explicitly collectible, which Lucid wants this to sound like but is not, you're going to lose 10-15% just driving it off the lot.
Your dad may want to check his tire pressure. My GT w/ 21” averages 3.2 m/kWh at the unofficial Texas highway speed without any attempt at efficiency.
Then again, he was probably just punching it whenever he had an excuse.
What tire pressure do you run?
@@dconner9 Usually 44 now, just a little bit high. For maybe the first 6 months I stayed at the factory recommended 42. My since-new average is 3.2.
I keep meaning to do a real hypermile run , but with that big battery there is just little incentive. That big pedal can gobble watts at a prodigious rate, but it's too much fun to ignore. One year on I love my car.
