What up everyone, hope you all doing well! Well for me on the other hand, I’m not doing too good. In this video, I show you the confusion we go thru often with our hoa Karen community.
Lots of questions we don’t have the answers too.
They announced we have a 30k special assessment coming up soon and nobody here can afford that ! They said, if we can pay it, they will issue out a mass foreclosure on all properties that can’t pay it !
A lot of us will be homeless soon if we don’t come up with a solution, please any help is appreciated!
