@@ShervinShares whoa! Thanks for the reply! Honestly dude, you’re crushing it. But, if I had to suggest any sort of content, it would be anything related to efficiency. The whole video hardly explained whether any of the products are actually worth it, it was basically only repeating the ad claims. Rule of thumb is: If it's sponsored on UA-cam, it's usually a scam. Either it's a crap product, or if not crap, at least it's heavily overpriced and you could get a similiar product for a much lower price.
I agree. I know this isn't a science based video but in order to actually claim whether the products are worth it or not, you have to look at some sort of research.
My arcteryx beta sl rain jacket is 10 years old and was $600. While it was expensive but you consider its construction and long use life, the initial shock price isn’t bad. It’s like buying a $500 Costco mattress and using it for 5 years before it’s uncomfortable versus a $1,500 mattress that will last nearly 20 years.
thorne is actually legit, their iron supplement and their l-theanine are my go-to's (the rest of their stuff is usually a little too pricey for me, but for consistent, reliable quality, you're totally right)
Iron? If you are male and eat plenty of red meat, you actually have to be careful of getting too much heme form of iron, and it can get real toxic if you do. The plant forms are generally safer for men. Most men don't really need to supplement iron, whether they eat omnivore, vegetarian, or vegan. Vegan females on the other hand, might be a different question, especially if they have consistent heavy menstruation cycles.
I like LMNT a lot. I can really tell a difference after a long, hot yard cut. Mango Chili is my favorite; it has a little bit of a kick. One pack for 32oz water is just right for me. I also have a couple pair of Roka: readers and prescription sunglasses. Really nice frames and lenses. Also, why not just wash the Whoop band? I wash my Garmin chest strap in the shower. It never smells.
No better electrolyte drink than good water with some fresh lemon or lime juice, a pinch of Himalayan or Real salt, and maybe a pinch or two of coconut sugar, or a bit of molasses. The combo will provide the necessary potassium, sodium, magnesium, and calcium in a good ratio.
Where is the potassium coming from? At best your recipe has 30 mg of potassium, 8 mg of calcium and 5 mg of mag... we are talking a tiny fraction of what you get in any available electrolyte mixes
So happy for what you do brother. Keep this up my friend!! This is truly inspiring, how you actually do CARE for well-being and for people to buy products that actually work. Especially with the supplement world not being regulated. Thanks again man!!
Re: whoop strap, just put it in a delicates bag or in zip up pocket of running shorts or something and wash. Add vinegar or an odour eliminator and it should be fine. I wear mine on my wrist and have found shower soap cleans it fine
Right?!?! I had no clue it was a thing. I looked it up and it actually seems like a good oven. I was shocked, I plan to build a tiny house someday and might just use a Brava over a trad oven.
If you take supplements and they actually work that means you aren't eating a proper diet. That might be the most honest and factual statement I have heard about health.
Can't you clean and recycle the Al? Al is one of the few materials that in the US, actually gets recycled pretty well. Parchment paper is paper (which is good/sustainable), but impregnated with silicone. Silicone is less initially leaching and toxic than many other human made substances, but it does eventually break down into somewhat toxic components. And most forms (especially those used for foods/beverages) can only handle around 450/500* F before it starts to break down. (There are some higher heat silicones that can handle around 600/650* F, but they are often loaded with carbon or the like and used for automotive or industrial conditions and uses, like gasket seals etc).
@@justinw1765 Well, who cleans and recycles aluminum foil? Foil is not recycled in my area. It is expressly forbidden. But if it is recycled in your area, and you clean it after using it for cooking, thank you! Thanks for the rundown on parchment paper. I did not know that silicone is the magic sauce. I do know that on the two brands that I have used, the box is clearly marked with "Maximum Temperature = 450F". That's OK with me, since I have never baked at greater than 425F.

Hawaiian venison...??? That sounds like such a advertising gimmick. Why not just go out and hunt some venison? I figure if you can't kill an animal up close and in person, while looking into its eyes, then maybe don't eat the animal? (Cue scene from Powder?) This is why I stick to fish--as I have caught and killed fish up close and in person, and I can live with it. Plus, with that said, can't get much more superfood for animal foods than sardines with bones and skin (especially fresh or frozen versions). Less saturated fat, more Omega 3's, more minerals, more vitamins.
