I will warn you, while I try to keep the Clear Sky Beginner Guide spoiler free, it's... less beloved by the community shall we say, and there's a couple things I count as spoilers there. (Where to go for a specific thing)

9:30 if you go through the door skirting the anomaly then take an immediate right youll notice a hole in the wall where you can grab the artifact without going through the anomaly

Hmmm....it seems to me that your character uses the first medkit in your inventory. At least it appears to be working that way for me.
how come when you use shotguns, they kill? But when i use a shotgun, every god damn pallet quantum tunnels through the target completely missing them?
My only guesses are difficulty and mods. If you're playing vanilla, the biggest difference between Master and Novice is this background calculation on whether or not your bullets do damage when they hit versus your enemies.
If i have 3 stoned bloods equiped, do the health bonuses stack?
Yes, both the buff and penalties stack.

how do u get the artifacts from the anomalies
Anomaly diving isn't expressly a thing in SoC. A few artifacts spawn in anomalies conincidentally, but grenades will usually dislodge them if the X-Ray engine doesn't have a seizure. Other artifacts are just in high radiation zones.
Artifacts spawn on the ground, when you have your detector out, look on the ground until you get close enough.
How did you equip the bolts?
Bolts are bound to 6 by default.

i can really recommend using a script or something to not make a video containing 5 minutes of information into a 15 minute video because u make so much pauses inbetween your sentences that it's actually hard to keep interest in what you want to tell especially if you conclude the rest of the ramped up sentence with something absolutly selfexplainitory.
