killers that dont reveal where they have left the body should remain in isloation until they do so. nothing in their cell except a flimsy mattress, an itchy blanket, and a toilet. no time out of their cell for excercise, not visits, no phone calls, no letters. also no tv, radio or books. and to be fed the most minimalist, blandest food.

    • @arlynpage7491

Aw HELL, “forget” to feed them too- bet they’ll give it up or suffer a slow demise. Course this’ll never happen cuz perps get all the rights whilst the victims are forgotten... Makes me FURIOUS.

There’s no way to become obscenely rich without stepping on others along the way- that’s how the system works. It’s sad his enemies led to such a sad end for his wife.

I don't know why the spiritual advisor didn't contact the police with the earlier threats.
They would potentially have amounted to a conspiracy to kidnap. It might have prevented this kidnapping, even if there wasn't enough evidence at that time, it would have been a warning shot to him.

He has opportunity for parole - WHY? Criminals like this animal should have to stay in prison until the day they die if they refuse to tell where their victim(s) are buried. Why can this creep expect to go on with his life after his sentence is finished? Mrs. Herron can't go on with her life EVER, and her family will never have normal lives again until they have her home. Why isn't that part of the sentencing process - that the murderer must reveal the location of the victim(s) and wait until proof that the victim has been found and positively identified? These scumbags haven't got one ounce of decency in their bodies so why should they expect to be treated with any decency? An open-ended sentence starting at the end of his 17 years if he hasn't revealed the location yet. Laws are SO deficient in cases like this.
