I was super disappointed when I realized normal Tormentors can still be blinded, suspended, frozen... They shouldnt give a fuck about any of those abilities
This whole fight and this track was the only bit of the campaign that had that old school destiny feel... actually holding off an entire army is a setting I was always hoping for with this witness saga
Best part of the Campaign for me was this one fight alongside Caiatl, felt awesome especially after years without AI Allies and especially after all the work and history that went into the Coalition. Plus, seeing Caiatl starting fistfighting a Goliath and two Tormentors bigger than any fought throughout the campaign is badass.
Most of Lightfall campaign had me gritting my teeth, but this fight was so well done on every level. It was heroic, it was desperate, I felt urgency as I grappled back and forth to try and keep as many friendly Cabal alive as I could. Thank you for getting all of its nuance.
When Caiatl showed up and her troops landed, right as that heroic, triumphant Cabal Stomp played
