Man Promethean really diserves more credit for what he does. Music mixes like these must be hard to put together, and he gives it for free, all to let us all listen to some of the best music the game industry has to offer
that first riff is burned into my mind from all the divinity runs of this raid, for all the hate GoS gets I love the vex as a race for their design and audio
one of my fav bosses little known fact that most destiny 2 players dont know this boss can be easily done and wont bug out if you do the encounter correctly without trying to rush things for no reason you also get a way bigger damage phase making 1 phases of this boss fairly simple
Not only you can be seen all over the website, but also presumably most of the comments of yours come from valid and objectively correct takes/opinions.
Literally just skill issue to people who say Sanctified Mind is buggy That buggy bastard Val Ca'uor from Spire of Stars can rot eternally in the Content Vault however
I still unironically really like this boss and raid... It's a real shame that the motes & tether mechanics can be buggy at times (combined with this dude's uncanny ability to just turn away from damage... Truly unmatched), cause I freaking love the design and set piece for this boss
@@Lightstation_ If you link with the indicated Relay, then link the other Relay once damage has started, it lengthens the damage window. So if blue is needed to start it, then linking orange to the boss, while they're in the air, will force them back on the ground for a bit. Though I believe this does remove both Relays from the field temporarily, so you can't utilize Relay Defender mods.
my story of this raid: i got a team together for a div run and needed a teaching too. spent 2 hours on the first part and up to sanctified. we spent 4 HOURS on this piece of shit because we kept fucking up. after FINALLY doing it i went to open the div chest but my quest for it bugged out and it didn't count. so i didn't get div. so 2 days later we do it again but spend a total of 7 hours on the raid. right before sanctified mind i got weaseled and when i got back in it gave the leader (previously me) to one of my friends. when i got back in he said he had to go and accidentally sent us all to orbit essentially ruining the div run. it was 11 at night when this happened and fueled but PURE FUCKING RAGE we got the whole raid done in and an hour and 30 minutes and got div. i swore that i would never do garden again
Me and my fireteam did this raid for the raid jacket and to say the least it was a living hell. The first encounter stomped us for a bit and which we barely beat it and all screamed when all of the cyclops showed up. We then had to drop the nuke for the second encounter with a thunderclap titan to beat all of the vex on the last plate for the encounter. Third was just awful as those minotaur would sneak up and obliterate our warlocks and hunters. Then came the final encounter which was a mess. The boss would only destroy the right sides plates, plates that didn't exist would still have collision and just kill you randomly if you stepped on it, but only sometimes. All the while swarms of goblins and having to invade to get the motes. Then to top it off was the visual glitch of the start damage phase light that would be two lights instead of one light and one dark. It finally ended at 1:30ish when we did our final attempt, everyone was dead except for two of us with an almost empty well of radiance. We beat it by the skin of our teeth and claimed the reward. The best part was 5 of the 6 of us were all at our house so while we all screamed and celebrated, my mom came down and say "Congratulations on finishing the raid. Now go to bed."
Weirdly enough my Div run was the smoothest run of garden I had done, Sherpa was super helpful and did an excellent job of explaining things but still made sure everyone got involved. I guess that’s why I don’t hate this raid nearly as much as everyone else.
My sherpa yesterday made sure we weren't there for 5 hours, even though half of us were entirely new to the raid. We ended up completing the Div run for no one, as the guy who needed it left near the beginning LOL. It didn't even take 2 and a half hours for the entire thing to be done, and I absolutely would do it again.

Dang people seem to struggle here. Only done it three times, all div quests, and we hardly struggled on them. 1st one we got the glitch where he was perma damageable, then 2nd and 3rd were quick 1 phases

It doesn't help that the dps phase is pathetically short in comparison to other raid bosses. It feels like I have 10 seconds
@@Lightstation_its not short people just dont bother extending but if you do extend it the damage phase is quite lenghty

people just hate things they suck at. they want everything to be easy, hence why so many people defend root of nightmares.

Can you do What We Fighter For/Emerald Coast? I remember a 20min version I used to listen to all the time on UA-cam but it disappeared.
