Incredible as always, Promethean. Thank you for all your hard work and dedication. There's nothing like getting to savor all the details in a Destiny soundtrack. The final stand portion is awesome, but I love the leitmotif they use during the DPS phases the most, nice callback to Journey :) Anyway, keep it up!
Glad to finally hear your take on this. The rest that's out right now is great, but I always view your mixes as definitive. Sort of an old holdover before the whole copyright mess.
I suspect this will be the last dungeon we'll get out of our goated sound team prior to Bungie gutting that division. Episodes won't be nearly the same without them.
I really dislike this narrative. Michael was not a one man army, he didn't work on or make things alone. He didn't make every soundtrack in the game, and most of ky favorites weren't him. Implying the music will be worse now is an insult to the team he had to leave, and to his work in the past relying on that team
And you guys won't get anymore amazing sound tracks like these since scumbag bungie fired Salvatori the moment he finished composing for the Final Shape/Scam.
@@Echo0ft1cuu Do you even have any idea about music/song composition? They're like song writers and music directors. They are the ones that creates the whole music so the musicians play them. The so called "team of people" are literally the ones that plays them.
@@tylragor1653yeah, but all the music directors still collaborate with each other as a team. And hey, I think it’ll be a nice thing if we have some new composers for Destiny 2 and see what happens. It’s not the end of the world, it’s just a game
@@Echo0ft1cuu There'll be no new composers. Everyone who's been playing this game since year 1 or 2 knows bungie will stop development and support after final shape/scam.
The "Knight gave me the corruption back while dying" ost, loved to solo flawless it anyway
i was so sad that my glaive melee didn't count has giving the corruption back
The "knight got flung off the map when I used a finisher on a psion" ost
You get to hear the 10 hour version if you solo it 😁
Had a scorn hide from me and I almost ran out of time to change the buff 😂
Honestly it’s not that bad solo, actually fun imo
@@thearchonprime6257 all fun and games until the scorn wraiths start hiding as I’m about to die from the hex
@@Neon_nerd-852 ranged melees work lol
@@thearchonprime6257 yeah but for some reason they barely work for me
Do you wish for my death, O Vengeance Mine?
A wish for violence! Granted, Oh Vengeance Mine!
My hide is thick, O vengeance mine.
I like how the scorn and taken themes are combined. The arrangement of Be Brave that plays during the DPS phase is also wonderful.
Never noticed how good the song is because I’m too busy trying not to die while getting the lamps

Hot take: best music in any dungeon
Def up there for me too. I might say that Zulmak DPS phase is mu fav dungeon piece/part though.
Awesome. Thanks a lot!
Coming here after losing a fight with a tangle on a solo flawless run
it was the phase before final
your pain has been felt
Ah yes, the meatball shark theme.

The guy that made this track still does music for bungie
Also, 2 dungeons were already confirmed for TFS, so it won't be the last unless something terrible happens again.

I can imagine this playing during a fight against Remilia Scarlet or her sister Flandre Scarlet from Touhou Project
And you guys won't get anymore amazing sound tracks like these since scumbag bungie fired Salvatori the moment he finished composing for the Final Shape/Scam.
You do realize it’s not just Salvatori? Its a whole team of people, and crediting all of it to just Salvatori is really stupid
