This is some great thinking around this, Olly. I've got two questions: 1) How would you guard against monthly churn from folks who were only interested in the theme of a given month? I.e., "I joined for pivot tables... now that we're onto formulas, I'm out." 2) Other than the joining incentive, would you recommend against providing an evergreen library of content? In other words, would you say that if you cover pivot tables in February, you shouldn't make pivot table training accessible at any other time? Really appreciate your stuff. You're one of my favorite thinkers in this space.
I don’t think there’s any right answer to this, other than to say that everything needs to work in service of the overall goal or promise of the membership.
Great stuff. Would you dial back the emails for members, or important to maintain the same sort of cadence that got them interested in joining in the first place...

Pleased to hear it!
Thanks, Olly. This should fix our strategy for enrolling new students monthly.
Super helpful, thanks for the video!
Glad it was helpful!

Dial them back, for sure, and give value in other ways
Excellent.
Thank you
Very useful! How do you promote those new themes every month? Is there a strategy?
Email, in the final few days of the month
