I am building a community where there will a bunch of people who are industry experts and have done the breakthrough work, the real problem solvers, and there are another bunch of people who want to be like them and want to talk to these experts. I am going to use the membership model and mastermind model to monetize from the community.
I love this! While these are all things I've encountered, I haven't ever thought of them as all being different versions of the subscription model approach. It's really helpful to have the options so clearly defined and as well as illustrated with vivid case studies for each. Excellent video.
Dude I'm amazed with the quality of your content! Incredible video. It was super informative, very clear and concise, with great to examples as well. You'll be on your way to getting million subscribers soon! Wish you all the best. I DEFINITELY subscribed.
Great video! How would you price a widget? A widget that you place on a website to make the website compliant from not getting sued? Charge monthly for it? or a one time fee?
How can i talk directly to this guy in the video?? Lol worth a shot I know! But I am working on a project and have few more questions on these types of models..Great video btw!
Hey, I am looking to set up a charity that has a subscription model using a website platform for families to exchange gifts. WHICH subscription model is most suited for this and I should research? Thanks.
Great video and I love how you broke down each model and made things very simple. Also, you mentioned a free download and I can't find the link. Please advise and thanks again for the video.
Hello, can you explain to me the difference between the box business and the traditional sales business (in dropshipping or in stock). What I mean is that I still have trouble understanding one point, the margin. When we trade in traditional we can calculate in advance the margin that we will earn by calculating the cost of purchasing the product and the cost of resale but there with the subscription system as I will buy different products every month but the selling price, of the subscription, is the same then the margin is going to be different? is not it? So you have to do a margin calculation every month when you go to sourcing? Is my question legitimate or am I wrong in my reasoning? thank you Cyril
Great video! thanks for the info. Quick question: what kind of model would it be if I decided to pair up with other professionals who would offer services (coaching, counseling) that I cannot offer?
I think there are other competing media platforms that are trying to compete with youtube / tiktok...in the future UA-cam may require the creator to sign up with only one platform with the the top performers?
Let's say you offer benefits for the users of your platform- would giving the users the option of customizing what they want to include in their subscription be better than providing packages?
The fact that you already have content with the magazine, you're way ahead of the game. A few options could be pay for access to premium content, and give 3 free articles as the teaser or "hook". You see publications do this now. Another could be a hybrid.... have tiered membership offerings such as offer pay for access + an academy membership (depending on your niche). Teach others all the ins and outs on how to do their own magazine. Another awesome thing you could do is pre-fund a book. Invite a handful of your champion readers, offer them a the option to fund your book. They pay a fee per month to get exclusive access to one chapter of the "not yet written" book. Then they can give feedback on it, you can revise it, then rinse and repeat each month. When the book is done, these members get a personally signed copy, and a thank you in the prologue. This is how the book "Running Lean" was done. Hope that helps! :)
@@MeetDaveG Thanks Dave, I appreciate the response, lots to think over there. We are a music magazine and I can see these ideas translating into income that might work for us. Ill let you know if we put any into action. Many thanks.
I would never subscribe to a Mixed or Mystery subscription box. Too much low quality junk mixed in with one or two high quality usable items. Customers do not like being rooked. Be careful how you bundle stuff if you want repeat customers
