- Say YES to the dress and take a chance today! Here’s a few reasons why you should try new things and embrace change.
⭐️ You're not actually going to die if it doesn't work out.
⭐️ There’s always valuable lessons to be learned - sometimes you’ll learn more in an attempt at something tough than in a simple success.
⭐️ If you don't try, then you will forever have the thought "what if it had worked out" needling you.
⭐️ Positive, forward change can happen for anyone. Why not you?
Let’s be clear. I’m not saying you should throw caution to the wind or throw yourself off a cliff without looking over the edge first. But, I find that the places I've landed most proudly are those that I've dared to make a jump to. - Навчання та стиль

My therapist has just forwarded me this your new video as the respond to my big live dilemma. I am 50 and after a bad accident 2 years ago I am completely not able to do the job what I love. I feel lost and reject every suggestion given me by friends and family. I don’t believe at myself. I don’t believe that I will find a new career ( job) I would become good at. I think that it is too late for me to learn new skills, new knowledge, get the new qualifications. I am scared and full of doubts.
My therapist knew well that your video and words are to me.

You are never too old to start something new. You are only 50 if you are lucky to live to 80. 90, or 100. What a fool you will think, looking back that you didn't at least try. Best wishes for your future.

So...I have had ptsd for 30 years and I am starting something new, it's called therapy lol. I'm scared to death but I have to try. It's ketamine infusion therapy with a team of therapists. Literally lol, but its a great team! Tuesday I start the infusions. I'm so ready to live again, it's been a long time. I have to try right!! Btw - your hair absolutely rocks!!!

Dear God, the scenery is moving - you're filming while you're literally driving??!! Not parked. I really hope she was not driving and making the video the same time then it would undermine completely her being as a role model. (In case someone would not understand my concern let me tell you that making videos while driving is like you would drive drunk or after having drinks, you jeopardise your and potentially someone else's life and a conscious person would not post anything which would teach and promote bad and dangerous behaviour or/and things lacking moral)
