I had an interview with a GKS scholar from India. She is currently taking her first year of the Korean language study program and is going to enter Korea University in September 2022.
She will tell you how she prepared her documents and did the interview during the selection process and much more!

I said " you know professor, I'm not a robot I'm human so of course I can be tired and get stressed but easily can overcome it , it's enough for me to listen to music" he laughed 😁 it was funny but he liked this answer

Here in Brazil this value would be approximately 2,000 (in local currency, with USD 5.40).
I tried to talk about these costs with the korean embassy in brazil and with the NIIED, but I didn't get anything.

How did you convert, I mean did you convert every 6 semester in GPA and then create a total GPA or directly convert total percentage to GPA?

Hello sir... I have a question that as she said all total for notarized and apostle docs cost to 25k approx. If I am applying for undergraduate so do I need to have my docs appostiled also or only need to notarized them and one more thing that I have to send it directly to Korean embassy so I don't need to send it to mhrd???right?that means it will save some cost.. right???I m literally confused sir 😐 and I really want to study in korea but at some point I feel like I can't do it 😔but noo I have to do it for myself 🙃

Isn’t the GPA conversion table already given along with application form.
I went through graduate form for 2021 and in that Appendix A had the GPA conversion table.
Can we directly map our % percentage marks to CGPA from there and write in the application form?
If you can do so, yes you can!
Can I apply for gks undergraduate program even if I'm already enrolled in an undergraduate program in my country?
I think as long as you are under 25 and not got your graduation degree yet then you can apply.

You can if the Korean embassy or university where you submitted your documents returns it to you.

but it is mentioned in GKS guidelines..we only need to submit 1set of original/notarized documents n other 3 sets will b photocopy of original set...no need to notarize documents of all 4 sets
in my university their is year wise system not semester system that means they conduct our exams once in year collectively then how to fill the sections of grades in application form .It will be really grateful if you answer me

I failed to get scholarship this year. I applied for undergraduate this year I was so hurt and crying whole day. But I am not going to give up I am going to apply next year again.

Hi! That's okay for crying even sadness. Somehow, I also got rejected this year for master, yet I am preparing a lot of things this year especially to get higher IELTS score and re-apply next year. I mean.. our feelings are valid, meanwhile we also need to realize to not give up until we get the best way of our dreams. Break a leg and cheer up!!

I'm from Bangladesh and I live out of the capital , Dhaka . So I'm worried about how I'm going to send my documents to Embassy Of Republic South Korea . There so many things we need to do before submitting to the embassy. Like First, the documents must be attested by the Ministry of Education from my district . Then again go to the capital and verify once from the Ministry of Education and from the Ministry of External Affairs . ... It's very bothersome

I would like you to develop a computerized system for sending to embassies and universities that would reduce these expenses, as I want to try the GKS PhD scholarship, but I don't know if I can pay all the costs...please, there are many smart people who deserve it an opportunity, but it has no financial conditions!

Also the requirement of getting our documents consulate verified is really time taking n expensive
its not even expensive. it costs nothing but the shipping fee and around 50 dollars for notarization and authentication.
The process is all expensive, each person knows how much money they have available
@@maplegirl5915 when you convert this 50$ into different currencies it's way too much for us moreover document authentication alone takes more than 50$ and it's super inconvenient and then shipping requires money too
