Looking healthy guys! Love the videos and just shows how you can live super healthy in the Phils. With all that fresh "real" food available at the markets, I bet the cost is a quarter cost of doing the same in the States?
Those are some lucky cats, beats the hell out of friskies. Awesome. All those fruits and vegetables look great too, picked ripe by the people who grew it, instead of being trucked across the country and gassed to make it look ripe. I so want to live in this kind of place where you buy from the local grower, yes we have farmers markets but they are hard to get too and have limited availability. But I'll pass on the fried shrimp heads. Great video, glad you stressed the importance of diet over exercise/weights.
I have been in cebu for 20 months and I watched your vlog before coming here. I started a restaurant in cebu and am curious what you think about lettuce, tomatoes, onion, and potatoes prices here. We buy from Carbon Market and prices on lettuce and potatoes especially are considerably more than in 🇺🇸!
Great vids! I never gain weights every time i visits to Philippines! It is too warm hot and humid, it sweating a lot. But in the u.s. i cant live without it working out to the gym. It just makes me feel sick without that sweating! Especially in the winter season weather that hardly get sweating! lol 😂
Great Video. I'm an American and I'll be in the Philippines the entire summer. It's really taking me some time to figure out how to get exercise and nutrition here. I'm figuring it, but it's much easier in USA. Ironically I've lost a lot of weight here (both fat and muscle). I shop in an AC grocery store, and have only bought a little bit on the streets and open markets. I also am a sucker for the processed coffee drinks at 7-11. There are no nearby gyms, so If I lived here I would probably need a home gym. I do 100 pushups and some squats/lunges just to get something in. I also walk, because I don't have a car. I would also probably need multiple refrigerators to keep all the food if I lived here. Phillipino street food is not really a healthy option. Anyway, thanks for making this video. I was thinking about making a nutrition video for Phillippines life.
Yesterday my boyfriend and I went for a walk and he asked if I was ready to go. I said, "of course!" and he responded the same way you to do Raquel.. it made me laugh and think of you guys 😂
If I stick with fish and vegetables when I go out, I don’t have a problem. But most of their chicken and beef will have too much oil and pork is 70% fat.
If you ever get bored, you could try to start a health and fitness channel and see how it does. I think you've got something unique here that sets you apart from all the others, and that might be enough to siphon off some viewers from those other channels. That space is a real money maker, not that you need it, I suppose. It sure would occupy your time if you feel like retirement life is too boring. Of course, it could easily turn into a real full time job, which might not be something you want. Anyway, you've got options, which is nice to have.
I still always think about it because I’m very passionate about that. I just know there’s so much competition in the space is very saturated. I do agree with you that there’s a lot of money in that industry compared to what I’m doing.
Great video and thanks for the price and weight conversion ❤. That was a hell of a buy on tuna 🍣 and shrimp 🦐 🎉. What would you ballpark the cost difference at ? How much more would it cost to buy that kind of diet in the USA?

Looking healthy guys! Love the videos and just shows how you can live super healthy in the Phils. With all that fresh "real" food available at the markets, I bet the cost is a quarter cost of doing the same in the States?
Fresh vegetables and fruit are extremely cheap! Except a few weird things that are imported like Kiwi or strawberry.
Food intake really is 90% of how you look!
Tshirts and coffee mugs great idea!!!!
Working on it!
Very interesting video, I've started building a commercial gym here on Bohol, no room for a home gym 😢
Bohol needs a nice gym
Great vids! I never gain weights every time i visits to Philippines! It is too warm hot and humid, it sweating a lot. But in the u.s. i cant live without it working out to the gym. It just makes me feel sick without that sweating! Especially in the winter season weather that hardly get sweating! lol 😂
So true! We do adapt over time so the heat is not so bad after a while.
You can do it but packing food and buying locally.
Another great video ,always enjoy your content. Wishing you and Raquel all the best.
Thank you!
Awesome video guys we live in Dicapulao Airora Philippines , We just subscribed 😄
Thanks for the sub!
Hi brother, another great video, keep grinding and from me to you and your family. Happy 4th of July
Thanks brother
Yesterday my boyfriend and I went for a walk and he asked if I was ready to go. I said, "of course!" and he responded the same way you to do Raquel.. it made me laugh and think of you guys 😂
That’s to funny lol
Very nice video as usual guys
Thank you. appreciate the positive comment
@@ItsMe_Philippines you're welcome! Keep up the good work
Nice video. Keep them coming.
Thank you and will do!
I was 100% interested in how you were eating healthy regularly. I enjoy Filipino food, but it's usually a major calorie bomb.
If I stick with fish and vegetables when I go out, I don’t have a problem. But most of their chicken and beef will have too much oil and pork is 70% fat.
Your wife is so cute and funny with a little sassy Cory 😂… I really like your channel.
Thank you
If you ever get bored, you could try to start a health and fitness channel and see how it does.
Not sure because I have not shopped there in years! But I'm told roughly 5 to 10 times higher.
Nice video👍You both r very disciplined!
That's the way to success!
@@ItsMe_Philippines You are right! My son is in a police 👮♂️ academy, they lost 9 recruits in first 2 weeks. He’s doing well. Tough though, just got tear gassed & OC sprayed. The Redman is coming 😱soon. You were in the marines. I know that probably contributes to your discipline. Great couple to exercise as a team 👍
Oh wow, she cooks well, too! What a catch!
What about finding quality supplements and vitamins? Any issues?
I don't have that many so not 100% sure but I just use Amazon
Great set up cory, lovely cean home , testament to you mate, luv from Australia 🦘🦘🦘🐊🐊🐊.
Thank you! I’d like to visit Australia at some point. However, you have more things that can kill you than anywhere else in the world lol
The dream 😍 Godspeed...
Thank you
I would have to make a couple of visits to see what area I feel comfortable
Smart decision

Healthier that way!

Sounds good, my friend. Shoot me an email or IG message so we can keep in touch.
You have nice house and beautiful wife🎉
100% agree with you! And thank you
It's my dream: fresh fruit and veg, home grown. No wonder you both look healthy. And you also have the time to work out.
It’s the way life should be!
Looking good my Brother
Thanks, brother
Approx $2.66 usd/lb for fresh tuna. But arent prices skyrocketing in PH...guess not everything. Nice job. I can only guess what that costs in USA.
Things have gone up, but not as drastic as people are making it out to be.
Haha you two banter just like my Filipina and me 😂 love it
lol thank you
Here in Iloilo, we probably have the highest income earners per capita, and all of the Philippines 90% of our base members are Filipinos. Our Gold, gym will be the first of its kind here in the Philippines with equipment never seen before here. We already have over 400 members in our presales.
Wish you the best of luck!
Mark, feel free to shoot me an email when you have an opening date. We travelto Bacolod often and you’re not far from there. Might make an interesting video to show everyone!
I'll send you a message as soon as we're up and running. I'll make sure you guys have guest passes for the time you're here.
@@markthomasfitness8710 Thank you. Are you doing any type of grand opening? Or just launching when possible? I've gone to a lot of Golds in my life!
healthy lifestyle is the best and to enjoy PI - palenke always an adventure - ingat always
Exactly! Thank you
Epic Vid
Thank you!
Very good . Its dialed in nicely . Amazed you have a 33 year old wife with no pressure from family or herself to have children . Enjoy
Thank you and no. When we met I said "My goal is to retire and travel at 40" so she was always happy with that.
@@ItsMe_Philippines Very good . So what if any is your reluctance to whole chicken there as a protein source ? Can't recall if you raise your own cage free for eggs and protein source .
@@robbyrose6904 Mostly just the eggs and eat them rarely as most of the chicken has more fat than I care for. But it is tasty!
@@ItsMe_Philippines Right . Nice to eat an occasional native chicken without all the probiotics . 1/2 the size but twice as tasty . How many sqm is the house if I can ask ? I think you constructed mostly during pandemic right ?
@@robbyrose6904 it was mostly done during the pandemic because we started in 2017. But yes, my native chicken is very large and tasty! And healthy because they’re grass fed here at the house. I believe the house is 2200 ft.² so I’m not sure we are conversion of that.
I need to add a gymn to my house in the Philippines too. I feel like I would get in shape faster if I worked over there as I sweat just from walking over there lol. I also have plans for a gaming set up so hopefully that won't interfere with workouts.
Do it!
Hi friend.. love your new hair. Your gym is fantastic. Having your own is the best. Then you can train bare-ass without people starting to complain😜🤣😂
lol
