Hi pea!! I was wondering if it would be possible for you to make a follow-up video on your starlink? I remember you got it a while ago and you said you would give an update video but I don't see one. I would really love to know your thoughts and the best place to buy it from and the most legit information please. Thank you so much

Ms. Pea That house is gorgeous I just don't need anything that big for Mishka and I I'll be reaching out to Ms Alma to see what else is available in the area
I love Alma! She found me my perfect apartment in Bacong in just one day. She is by far the best agent for expats in the Dumaguete area. If I ever move again, she will be my first call.
As a foreigner having owned homes here in Philippines both under Deed of Userfruct and 25 to 50 year, renewable leases, be aware that rules can change without much warning, as it did in Subic Freeport leases where they stopped renewing for many years until the foreigners lease ran out after they had invested heavily in the buildings. My observation about that property with the high fences is that residents were concerned about security. My recommendation as a foreigner..... is to buy a boat and register it offshore :)
No, contractually the Filipino land owner was required to offer us first rights to purchase at market price for the undeveloped land. After we developed a beautiful resort his children refused to honor the terms and quietly sold to others who would eventually take over..... As a partner, i walked away and bought a boat rather than spend the next 20 years in court @TheFilipinaPea
Damn, its this lack of trust that prevents me from trying to buy something like this in the Philippines. Seems like Thailand has better legal structures in place to protect foreigners, but both seem scary. Pea I'd love to buy this house if I was married to a Filipina. Maybe someday :)
@@nickspence6233you've obviously been around the local court system here...lol. Land ownership is nuts here, we've been stuck in court for fifteen years over a land dispute, and I've got a similar idea, get a boat registered in Langkawi, and live on that.
@@TheFilipinaPea My ex-wife moved back to the US and filed for DIEvorce. My Pre-Nup was invalidated. And, my home was ORDERED to be sold. American court orders are VALID in the Philippines. I won't EVER get married again. And, in the future, I will hire an Attorney to establish a TRUST. My children (Filipino Citizens) will be equal beneficiaries. And, the TRUST will be controlled by me, until I die. Then, the TRUST will be liquidated and equally divided.
I’m from the US and my Filipina wife is from province. My wife is in the property management business, she knows the construction companies and caught wind of a new neighborhood being made. We purchased one of the houses that’s scheduled to be made, of course is under my wife name and I’m secondary but this house is so cheap to buy while under construction. That’s how we are building our passive income to get ready to retired early 😁
I’m leaning this way. Prenup my investment egg (no divorce is a false hope) but ensure she is Ok when I live and pass with a house and joint savings for her.
@@primalpassion depends on the lot size, house sq feet of the house and location. So I can’t give out exact numbers but I can say for a small 2 story, 2 bedroom 2 bathroom in the province cost 37 USD
@@primalpassion It's not the pesos, it's the time. Unless you were a professional contractor or have the skills to hire a professional contractor, take the time it would take to build (outside California) and multiply by three. Then double it after that. Include cost overruns like in union New Jersey, and add slippage and fixer fees. Plus the inspection, after construction is done, may take another six months before you can occupy the structure. Not as bad as Kafka, but reminiscent of 'Waiting for Godot'.
When a Filipina owns the land and a foreigner owns the building, the foreigner becomes worth more dead than alive (in some people's minds). Even if your gal loves you her brother may not. More than one person can benefit from your passing. Careful guys.
As just a single person with no relationship involved, Is it possible to just have a good attorney draw it up so you own the building, but lease the land for 25+25 years?
@@jeremysautomobile yes but now your life is in the hands of someone with no reason to love you or keep you alive. Foreigners with Filipino business partners sometimes come to a bad end too.
Alma answered the question. Marry a Filipina (for more than just getting the house 😁). Nice and insightful video Ms Pea. Again, you hit it out of the park!..
Great content as usual. I love how you are showing places to live, I don't see that much from other content creators from the Philippines. Keep up the great work and can't wait to watch another video from you
I see the vast majority of your viewers are commenting how Cheap this house is as they compare it to the cost of homes in their region of the US. For a Provincial Home in PH I think this home is extremely expensive. While I do appreciate the western open style, double lot, solar, and water retention system.... it is still waaaay expensive even given the recent inflation. IMO. Peace and Love, B Goat
yeah, it's expensive. We had a house built in a gated golf community in Lipa, Batangas. We moved in Aug 2021. 2 lots, 651 Sqm, 2 story house, 5 bedrooms, 5 1/2 bath plus maids room with bath. House is 437 sqm the way they measure houses here, American way about 350 Sqf. I designed and installed a ground mount solar power system with batteries 2 years ago, so no brownouts here. Total including solar system about Php 21 million. Our community has it's own water system with towers, country club and 3 pools. Also has a golf club if you golf. Very quiet area. Most of the homes do not have bars on the windows here. Our house is in a corner of the community (there are plenty of corners) and on the other side of the perimeter fence on one side (the back of the house) is a field with some carabao and coconut trees which runs down along the perimeter fence quite a ways, the side of the house is another field, usually with carabao. No dogs or roosters. I built the solar ground mount on one side next to the patio, above that is a balcony. The solar panels are about 7 feet high at the lowest point, we convertible picnic tables/benches under the panels. I call it the solarium. We're about 1.5 hours south of Manila. So 21 mil vs 16.5 mil, yes I think it's expensive.
It is expensive for the observable quality which imo doesn’t look good. I would have to knock it down and rebuild if it was me but anyone paying 16 million for that is mad . Poor use of the space in both the house and pool area.
00p's I forgot to tip you. my house in the U.S. is worth about the same. but it is only 805 sq. ft. on a 1/4 acer lot no swimming pool o fruit tree's but we get deer. in or back yard almost every day.
Thanks Pea for putting Alma on again she and her team of angels are awesome. They are very customer oriented efficient and professional. I can’t say enough good things about their service. 😊
Loved the video Pea! Very beautiful place ! Where i live , that house would sale for 450,000- 500,000. I was in California last year on vacation. I was looking at some homes for sale and saw some that were not nearly as nice as that home and they were 900,000 to 1.1 million dollars ! Thanks Pea! Have a fantastic weekend!
Wow, what a beautiful home. Thanks for a great video Pea. It would be nice to see more videos like this from time to time. Oh, by the way. That dress is awesome, it suits you.
I appreciate this video, and any future real estate ones... The price is okay. I'm not a big fan of the house itself. I admit I have high standards though. I really like the large, private provincial backyard and pool however. That alone is worth $280,000 to me. 👍😃. Very nice.
Appreciate your videos. Thanks for doing them for those of us in other places around the world. Previously my favorite place I was looking to move to was Belize in Latin America .... now I am thinking more the Philippines might be more beneficial for me for the lifestyle and the loyal women!! Please keep up the good work!!
Guys I'm sorry, but 16.5M is way overpriced for this. Using a formula of about ₱30k per square meter it would cost about ₱6.6M to build this house. The lots a few million more, but unless this is literally on the beach or has gorgeous overlooking views, I don't see how the property can command such a price. Maybe ₱9-11 million max.
Expats in Cebu report lots of solar panels stolen there, and I don't see much value in CCTVs unless you have security to watch them and take action when needed. Given its cost, insurance might run high for a house like this. Given Filipino laws, if you can't afford to lose the money, maybe you're better off renting. Pay as you go!
One thing strange I've noticed is that, even in houses built by/for Westerners over there, they still don't design any closets into the house. It always makes the bedrooms look so strange to me, not seeing any doorways to closets. They also never put trim around doorways or windows. I guess maybe that's due to trim being made out of wood and houses over there being built with very little wood. It would be interesting if you could find a truly American-style house over there, built the way we build ours here, and talk to the owner about how they managed to do it. If such a thing even exists, though.
I agree that walk in closets are a rare thing here . Door trim's on the other hand are very common . They call it Hamba in Tagalog . Trim around the window i can't remember ever saw one here .
Pea, I have seen you climb a tall coconut tree for the booze! lol I live in central Florida outside of Orlando and for comparison my house is 2470 sq. ft. and 450 sq ft garage and no pool would sell for approximately $500,000.00 so the one in Bacong is a great price. Alma, thanks for the tour.
problem is you really can not compare prices here in the Philippines and the USA for instance. All too many people think well the price is high but cheaper than the USA so it is a good deal. The real thing is it is not the USA, and prices like this is high for the Philippines. Your pool of buyers for this price range is very small.
Great to see Alma today. Nice place being shown. I like the house and love the huge yard with pool. The price is close to the same as Northwest Florida's Gulf Coast. Thank you Pea.
Our Beautiful Pea is always so smart and charming... Very interesting and informative video today Pea - good work as usual. I think I am more of an "easy to maintain rental property with a view" man. But that is down the road... Was enjoyable to see a vid that had nothing to do with older men working - trying - hoping to find young Filipina ladies! This content is much more my cup of tea. Great work again Pea - stay safe and sound in the beautiful Philippines!
You can buy a house, but you can't buy the land it sits on. If the Filipino that owns the land wants to sell the land, you are forced to sell the house and leave. So, you are not really an owner, you are a guest with privileges. You have to obtain Filipino citizenship to buy land and become a true owner. You don't want anybody have any power over you.
Yes, it's a shady deal for the foreigner. Here in the US, Filipinos can come over here and buy whatever property they can afford. They can also become US citizens without renouncing their Philippine citizenship. They can also get divorced and an abortion if they so choose. US citizens won't be making a step up by becoming a Philippine citizen.
@@terryashley4674because there are a lot of poor people who cannot afford to buy land so the president before made sure only Filipinos can buy land. As for foreigners, it is a safer investment to buy a condo.
@@AngelOnEarth0614 Yes, I understand the reasoning. It's probably best for Filipinos who earn little compared to many people from the West. If Westerners were allowed to purchase land, they'd snap up all the prime real estate and run up prices. That makes sense to protect the native population. It's also what foreigners dread and makes other countries look more appealing.
I'm with you! I've spent my life here in America buying houses, paying car payments and raising my 4 boys. This is my golden years and I'm not gonna do any of that stuff when I get back there.
@@TheFilipinaPea Foreigners are not allowed to own even small portions of lands in PH so stop trying to sell houses to foreigners on lands they can never own
@@davidglad I've often been criticized for my point of view so I explained it like this. I don't want to be tied to anything except my wife and her family. Why buy house and lot at 60 years old? Who am I going to leave it to? For what reason? What am I going to do with all the money that I saved by buying house and lot? It's better we just air BNB our way across the Philippines exploring. No worries, no cares, no commitments. Just enjoying our lives and traveling.
I am a foreigner who owns property in PH. It is possible, probably not for many, but we do exist. I’ll just say that shared arrangements with property titles makes it safe and possible.
I know foreigners can own land as well but she and the people interviews keep saying no but there are special circumstances and loopholes on their laws. One of them is simply starting a company which you then can buy properties under the company. 😂
That's the trouble with you foreigners! You try to buy property in a country which is not your own. What will happen to us locals if you foreigners start gobbling up our land? If you foreigners want to own land buy it in your own country, not in other people's countries.
Hello Pea. Good to see Alma again. Enjoyed the tour of the house with the banana and coconut trees and solar power. That’s a lifestyle I think I could get used to. Now to. Find the money 💰. Have a great weekend and look forward to your next video soon.
Pea: That house would be somewhere in the area of about $750K CDN near my area. The pool itself is a nice feature with the "Sports Bottom" style of pool. It is called that because it is deepest in the middle of the pool so that you can put up a net across the middle and play water volley ball while playing in the pool. (I used to install pools like that at one of my occupations in life) With all due respect, the price of that house with all it's benefits, it is a steal! No electricity or water bills, low taxes, and reliable internet, it's a paradise all in it's own for a super reasonable price. Great video Pea and Alma! keep us in the loop about things like this.
@@mattneno1691 and thank you for your great videos I enjoy watching them. And you look absolutely beautiful in that Lounge outfit. Take care have a great weekend,😘🌹
Alma's always a great guest. Professional, competent and charming. What this vid needed, though, was 3 minutes from Attorney Gracey to talk us through the minefield of foreign ownership in PH. BTW what you called a porch is too grand for that name. In British English, we'd call it a loggia. And it's beautiful.
@@gondaft Clearly you didn't have the benefit of a good Scottish education, boyo! Loggia: "a covered space running along the length of a building similar to a porch, but with columns or arches on the open side." Which describes what we saw perfectly!
@@Alan_Mac happy to keep learning something new every day😁 a little surprised though, surely Scottish English would have been more suitable😉😊🏴🏴
@@gondaft I'm from Glasgow. My Mrs is from Belfast (don't get me started on her accent) and our girls went to school in Norf London and to Uni in Cambridge and UCL. I speak British English. The girls speak Hermione English and the Mrs sounds like she only left Belfast last week.
Great video as always except you forgot to mention a very important thing solar power does not work at night so unless you have outside electricity or some kind of backup you have no electricity at night.
@@KKemp-bt6nl That's an assumption. You can't say with any great certainty that there is either any or sufficient battery storage. It would make more sense to have some, but not in all cases and not for all budgets. Some use solar only for power smoothing (guarding against voltage fluctuations) and short-length blackouts (brownouts). I have neighbours with solar (as I do myself) - some have grid-tied systems with plenty of battery and some have minimum battery and after a few minutes need to use a generator. Most I know have smaller, standalone systems for powering essentials only, such as lighting and refrigerator. You could also try to be a bit nicer in your tone when replying to other peoples comments.
@@KKemp-bt6nl My wife and I have just bought a new-build property in the Philippines. Guess what? Solar panels and no batteries! The solar energy supplements the supply from the grid. Excess solar energy is also fed back into the grid, effectively you sell the electric company some of your solar power. I won't ask "How do you not know that?" because everyone has gaps in their knowledge and it would be very rude to do so.
The thing most interesting to me is the first comment was a 100% mansplain comment, but all you snowflakes decide to go after me. Ok, f it. I’m the bad guy yall need. 🤣🤣🤣
That is a nice house but seems a bit pricy for what the house has to offer. I love that the rooms are not tiny but who ever came up with the style lacks a lot of style. I would think Pea could build a better style home. She did for her family and that house came out beautiful.
Nice house, I like the solar power and never have to worry about power outages. I built my own solar power setup. It works great most of the time here in Florida.
That house is slightly bigger than the house I bought in 1999 when I got married. The house we got back then was brand-new and cost $300,000.00. It was built around a golf course and I never played golf on that course ever. I did go to the clubhouse and buy Tiger Woods hats though. I have been thinking about investing in a condo too. I would definitely consider that house and that price is good too. I wish it had a bathtub though but it does check off the other boxes for me. I was wondering how far away is it from everything and I would probably need a car too. I like Alma and anything legal I would definitely be talking to Gracie. Great video and great camera work by Lucy., Good Morning Pea....!! One more thing, you could climb that tree as it looked safe...!!
imho, a house is a better buy than a condo in the Philippines. Most places, renting and investing is better than buying. But not short-dated long calls on SOXL (this week).
Wow!! That is so cheap. And very beautiful and spacious. If I ever thought about living there, I would get a hold of her. Thank you for the video.❤️❤️❤️🌹🌹🌹
Would be good to have a lawyer explain the various ways around this and their advantages/disadvantages: 1. Have a long term lease, which the filipina would be legally required to honour if the relationship ends, i.e. she owns the land but you can keep renting it from her. 2. Structure the transaction as a loan, so for example, you lend (not give) her the 16 million pesos to buy the house and land. If the relationship ends she has to sell the house to repay the debt. 3. Set up a trust, where the trustee is someone independent who you can trust completely (e.g. a law firm you have vetted thoroughly) and they are the legal owner with you as the beneficiary. There could be other ways.
Yes that's true , but I don't need to have a foreigner bf just to have that kind of house. I'm blessed because I have a great parents and We live in fancy huge house with pool along up to the rice farm 🙏🥰
Good evening Pea, Just your notifications make me smile! {Grin} 😊 It's places like this (and having 2 kids) that make me adore the Philippines. Seems like a fair price, but way too big for me. (Tubig) 😅
It's really unfair that a Filipino can come to the U.S. and own land, but a foreigner cannot do the same in the Philippines. This one-sided situation feels unjust.
there is a good reason... the Chinese would buy up everything and own the entire country in a heartbeat... that's a very legit reason to limit it to Filipinos only.
Hey Pee! Thanks for sharing that about the rent and so forth. The particular building was amazing with the way it has solar in the water that’s awesome and hot and cold in the shower and by the way, your dress is very flattering on you.😊
Oooh, lemongrass! Mosquitos absolutely HATE lemongrass oil. What a cool bonus to an already cool house! Thanks for sharing this with us Pea! You're awesome 😁👍!!!
Another great video. I need to find a new house in Dauin for January 2025. I had a place for 3 months to check out what it might be like to retire in Dauin and loved it, and will be back soon. The people are amazing. So is the diving. I am filled with gratitude as I return to Hawaii. I dated one Filipina several times but did capture her heart. I did win the Dive 7 photography Competition. I will be back in January 2025.
Good to know Dauin, was thinking >70m mountain (or higher for cooler, or MalayBalay etcand travel to sea) with sea view? at least from upper floor... Boating, beach BBQ (beware spines during prep), and diving for me too... mostly shallower dives, but would like to re-breather or pony, as slightly sucking up too much air, when paired with 20's... I am 55 dad-bot, but hoping to get some more indoors gym...
Thanks for the info Pea and Alma ! Very useful... the term "userfruct" for a document here in the Phils I find very funny as it sounds close to another word we are all familiar with, (just remove the second "r" and would be very appropriate term for what we expats sometimes deal with as a foreigner. I go back and forth thinking about owning house vs condo or just continue renting as I have for 15 years now. I will look into the userfruct document. But after reading some comments already made it sounds pretty useless, because a Filipino family rights to land always beat being a foreigner here.
That’s a lot of house for the money Pea ! Here in Melbourne if that house was in eastern Melbourne not too far from the city it would be Aussie $ 2.5M - $ 4.0M in Sydney even more.. Great Vlog Pea !!!
Nice area! Since you mentioned California. That is like my house here in Los Angeles. I have a pool but behind it, I also have a grass badminton/volleyball court. My lot size is about the same, I also have a double lot here. Pea can't resist climbing a tree! lol So in USD, that is 286k and mine is worth 1.2 million. That's the difference in locations for comparable properties. We don't want to talk about the property tax differences or electric bill differences, LOL! Property tax is about 10k a year and electricity is about 500-600 a month in the summer with the A/C at 72f 24/7. So there are the differences between California and there. Personally, I don't want a pool anymore it is a lot of upkeep that I am burned out doing and I never go in it anymore, it is a yard ornament! Thanks for sharing my friend! Take care and god bless everyone, love you all!
It’s a lovely place and dream I think. Whether we have the money or not, dreams are shattered even before they start. Anyway ❤❤ each for you both. Thanks for the video.
Now I love these video's because this is my future plan right there I Dumaguete for my retirement. Always thankful for you & your information Pea! ❤🤩👍That's exactly the type of house I want
A gorgeous house! Heh, even the REALTOR seems to have POSITIVE self-confidence and a relaxed sense of humor (without being neither arrogant nor a suck up... you house owners know what I mean). 👍
Kumasta magandaka. Hey look I just wanna say that I really appreciate your awesomeness and how you are being your authentic self and growing into your power. Your open heart is being received far and wide. As someone who lived in Phils I personally experienced homelessness and many other irregular unsavory experiences that can happen to absolutely anyone..Your countries conditions are so harsh yet there are some amazing loving wholesome people live there. We don't live in countries we live in people. That's the lesson I learned. Keep up with the great content helping people to speed track their life lessons through the reality of what you speak. God speed!
Hi Pea. That was a very nice property and Alma is very knowledgable about everything. It is way above my pay grade though haha. Personally I would not buy especially at my age. I like where I am. Reasonable rent and a great landlord. Keep smiling and stay safe
Free water and free electricity and over 11k sq ft!!! Wow. Houses cost twice as much over here for a third of the square footage. Thanks for the great info, Pea. Have a great weekend.
Get out of the most expensive parts of America and invest in affordable markets that are not as likely to collapse due to the upcoming bubble. nThere are tons of deals much better than this in the US right now.
Beautiful place and the price is amazing. Here in the US if you spend 280k you would get a closet with lead paint. I like the house floor plan. I want a bigger property though. Great video as always Pea. 10/10.
The Filipino Pea Your content is excellent This home is beautiful. What a beautiful home the Philippines is so beautiful as well. I love the area. I love the private gate, I love there's no dogs barking. I love that no one just gonna walk up to your house. I love all of that she was, she was really, really cool as well. I think wherever you wanna live. It's gotta be somewhere that you can. You know, be yourself and it feels comfortable. It's a great house. My name is Cedric nash I'm your number one fan and I'll see you on the next video.
Hello Again Pea. I must say you look stunning in that dress. 😍😍😍💯 It's nice to see some modern advances in the Philippines. I would definitely agree with remodeling the kitchen. I love space when I cook as well. Great info on the rental property as well. Your Friend Always: Patrick McMasters
Hello, Pea :) That's a very nice house and I enjoyed watching you and Alma. I love your video and thank you so much for sharing. Take care there always and God Bless you always :)
It's interesting in many of these nicer homes...the kitchen is almost an afterthought ? I invested quite a bit of time and money in the kitchens in my home and condo. Kitchen in my house is quite large and is wonderful for entertaining. I would think... given the food centric celebrations I have seen in the Philippines...that the kitchens would be much nicer/larger with better/more appliances.
In the bathrooms, I did not notice a floor drain for taking a shower. Maybe I mssed it. Price is reasnable. Taxes seem cheap. Nice house. I like the pool. Nice and secure with the gate at the driveway and CCTV,
Almas foot was right at the drain in the bathroom. Looked like there was no cover, it was just an open hole. Maybe they were cleaning it. Couldnt tell onthe secodn one, but sure it was there in the busy floor somehwere.
i like seeing houses for sale or rent over there. i like that this one has solar and a well system. the pool and yard are very nice too. good internet is always a plus and the cctv. more than i can afford but i like to see them anyways lol. good vid
Hello Pea , what a beautiful place it would suite me just fine :) , its a lot house for the money . Thank you and Alma for the tour . Have a great weekend take care as always .
Pea, I have noticed this over the last dozen or so videos you have published. Don't know how to say this without being cringe or creepy, nothing is implied, but truly, you are becoming more beautiful as you get older. Whatever you are doing, keep it up! Great house video!!
Very beautiful home. Too much home for me though to keep. Definitely would need someone to keep the house up. Thanks to the both of you for showing off this lovely home. Have a nice weekend, Ms. Pea.

Wrong, put the house in your name and lease the lot for 99 yrs
I’m from the US and my Filipina wife is from province. My wife is in the property management business, she knows the construction companies and caught wind of a new neighborhood being made. We purchased one of the houses that’s scheduled to be made, of course is under my wife name and I’m secondary but this house is so cheap to buy while under construction. That’s how we are building our passive income to get ready to retired early 😁
VERY NICE HOUSE ❤ AND LADY PEA 🫛 YOUR LOOKING SO CUTE AND SEXY ❤
I’m leaning this way. Prenup my investment egg (no divorce is a false hope) but ensure she is Ok when I live and pass with a house and joint savings for her.
How much money to have a house built?

I agree a 💯%
Agree. The price is like a house in the city
What? This house is inexpensive
yeah, it's expensive.

Great house Pea. The details are great......lot size, security, pool, pavers, nipa hut, solar, clean......great value. Thank you for sharing.
They exist, but they’re completely custom - and rare 😊👍
I agree that walk in closets are a rare thing here . Door trim's on the other hand are very common . They call it Hamba in Tagalog . Trim around the window i can't remember ever saw one here .
Not all Western countries design closets into the house.
@@MikeMuniz615 You're right, I do fall into the trap of using "Western" as a synonym for "U.S." even though I know it's much more than that

problem is you really can not compare prices here in the Philippines and the USA for instance. All too many people think well the price is high but cheaper than the USA so it is a good deal.
Excellent advice.

Solar panels have batteries. Solar energy charges the batteries. How do you not know that?

You can't buy anything there as a foreigner. You are screwed if your wife drops a divorce on you because it's her and you'd have to leave.
Would be good to have a lawyer explain the various ways around this and their advantages/disadvantages:
There is no divorce in the Philipines. Also as mentioned,a 25 year lease with a SPA will give you complete control.
At the moment your Filipina wife can’t divorce you only the foreigner can as it illegal to divorce as a Filipino.

I go back and forth thinking about owning house vs condo or just continue renting as I have for 15 years now. I will look into the userfruct document. Filipino Pea Thank you for making this video looking as aware of these beautiful houses that are available for fourners better. You Just like we like private.
My name is Cedric nash I'm your number one fan and I'll see you on the next video.
Hello Again Pea. I must say you look stunning in that dress. 😍😍😍💯
It's nice to see some modern advances in the Philippines. I would definitely agree with remodeling the kitchen. I love space when I cook as well. Great info on the rental property as well.

Yes Pea I do like these house videos gives you a good idea of what they have there 👍
Thanks for the tour That's way more of a house than I would want That's a lot of maintenance but hey maybe for the right family it would be great.
Hello, Pea :) That's a very nice house and I enjoyed watching you and Alma. I love your video and thank you so much for sharing. Take care there always and God Bless you always :)
Great video, Beautiful property!
I love the back yard. However, I would have to either finish off the garage for securable storage or build a back yard shed for securable storage.
I love it!
Very nice house! CCTV too!
I have a small one bedroom apartment in Bacolod for starters.😂
Very much appreciated thanks for sharing ✌🏾
OMG... amazing what you find online.... i bought the land and built that house !
Thank you for this video....much appreciated.
In the bathrooms, I did not notice a floor drain for taking a shower. Maybe I mssed it. Price is reasnable. Taxes seem cheap. Nice house. I like the pool. Nice and secure with the gate at the driveway and CCTV,
You probably just missed it 👍😊
Almas foot was right at the drain in the bathroom. Looked like there was no cover, it was just an open hole. Maybe they were cleaning it. Couldnt tell onthe secodn one, but sure it was there in the busy floor somehwere.
i like seeing houses for sale or rent over there. i like that this one has solar and a well system. the pool and yard are very nice too. good internet is always a plus and the cctv. more than i can afford but i like to see them anyways lol. good vid

Great video Pea! Thanks for sharing. I have been curious what a house costs there. Looking forward to seeing other sites.
Pea, I have noticed this over the last dozen or so videos you have published. Don't know how to say this without being cringe or creepy, nothing is implied, but truly, you are becoming more beautiful as you get older. Whatever you are doing, keep it up! Great house video!!
I will get a hold of Alma next month in September. I will be there to look for a place to rent.
Thanks for the beautiful house tour.
You’re very welcome, Roy! ❤️😊🙃
Thank you Pea enjoyed the video ❤
Very beautiful home. Too much home for me though to keep. Definitely would need someone to keep the house up. Thanks to the both of you for showing off this lovely home. Have a nice weekend, Ms. Pea.
Great house and not a bad price. No neighbor to complain about parties. Thanks Pea
