If they learn to speak isiZulu they'll also be able to speak 1. IsiNdebele 2. Isixhosa 3. Iswati. It's a great investment. English is also my first language and learning isiZulu changed the game for me.

This is the nicest video I have ever watched. My joy is seeing our girl Chelsea this happy and excited and she already made more friends on the very first day. This girl is got it. I used to think she was an introvert but I see she coming out. It’s beautiful to watch. I would recommend that she takes Zulu. She will enjoy it and it will help her to easily communicate with her peers and she will learn a lot about culture which will make her stay here more beautiful. About students getting up to greet teacher when they walk in, it’s a sign of respect and it’s a culture that is preserved in our school. I am watching for the second time and I feel this video is too short. You should have let the kids continue. This is an unfinished business , you still owe us 😂.I can’t wait for part 2 ❤

Ncooh man this is sweet and cute at the same time to see the kids enjoying themselves and integrating well with other kids their ages. The second most spoken language outside English in South Africa is isiZulu, I think it would be beneficial and exciting to learn vernacular languages

Zulu/ IsiZulu was a good choice for the girl, would be better for the boy too. Not because I speak IsiZulu but it is the most widely spoken language in South Africa. Most significantly Zulu is an indigenous (South) African language and many other languages are dialect to it. Meaning learning Zulu translate to fluency in Xhosa/ IsiXhosa, Ndebele/ IsiNdebele and Swati SiSwati (ESwatini Kingdom). Much significance!!!

They seem sooo happy!! I LOVE that for them. It genuinely made me tear up how happy they were 🥹 South Africans are one of the most super friendly and welcoming people. You’ll love it here 💕
