I have found that 4 - 4.5 lb trigger is perfect for my liking.
I plan to pick one up💯😎

Just ordered one. I usually run LaRues 2stage triggers d love them with the heavey springs. This new Son’s looks promising

Have you received your trigger yet? If so, someone in the comments is asking how it compares to the Larue, and I don't have experience with those. So if you see this and can provide feedback, that would be appreciated.

@@SPG1Tactical I have received it BUT I’m receiving the last part of my build today, then I’m going to sandblast the rifle and do my own Cerakote before putting the build together so I will not know for a bit how the trigger is. I do put LaRue triggers in all my builds so once I can I’ll leave my thoughts.

Do you know if a single stage version with this trigger bow will be made in the future?

As someone getting into the different kinds of triggers for ARs would this be a good one to get as a beginner

The short answer to this is yes. The longer answer is that as a beginner, you don't know what you don't know. So you don't really know what you like yet. Different individuals have different preferences. Some still prefer curved triggers. This trigger will definitely be an upgrade from a stock trigger, and as long as you follow the safety rules, Treat, Never, Keep, Keep, you'll be good to go. Then get in reps, as many reps as you can justify and afford. And not just plinking at the range, but reps with meaning and a goal. If you do that, it doesn't really matter which trigger you use. This trigger just has a really nice break and reset, and feels very comfortable to me. Hope that helps.

How does it compare to the larue? The solgw is more expensive but does it perform better? Or are they marking up a trigger for a cute bow shape?

I can only compare it to the triggers that I've personally used which is extensively Geissele and Mil-Spec triggers. I personally like it better than those. I have not had experience with the Larue so I can't comment knowledgeably.

Wouldn't a "simple polish job" void the warranty?

It’s just a Schmid tool 2 stage with heavy springs and different shoe. Buy light weight spring straight from schmid. Or buy the PSA or dirty bird 2stage it comes with a light and heavy spring but they are all the same. I do like the trigger interface but for double the cost for just that and a Texas logo and no extra light spring, I don’t know about that one sounds like a classic SOLGW rebrand. You buy sons for the quality of their rifle building not for over priced rebadged parts

For price you can nab a Larue mbt for 89.99 at prinary arms that compares at about 90% as good as a Giselle trigger i bought
