I dislike commenting on UA-cam. In fact, I can’t remember the last I did. After watching a few videos on this channel however, I felt compelled to express my gratitude. I’m no beginner to martial arts, but I love drilling basics to improve my technique. There are good resources out there, but none I could find that even come close to Patrick’s comprehensive, systematic, and interlinked content. I discovered this channel binging double leg takedown videos before a drill session with a training partner. I couldn’t believe someone had done such a detailed review of the technique instead of a 2-3 minute video reminding you to keep your back straight. I then explored the channel a little more and found how rich its content was. This is a labour of love by someone who cares about effective martial arts and sharing them with the world. Patrick, sincere thanks for all the work you put in this channel.
Powerful tips to have amazing set up. View, image, surface, audio and the connection will definitely improve your set up and have fun. I personally saw the difference. Great video!!!!

Sir...plz make a video on height increasing effective exersize video...its very needed for me plz sir.....i am 19 sir...but my height is only 5"4inch....plz sir a mAke a effective exersize video for height increasing.
Sorry to break it to you, Fardin, but I don’t think any exercices can make you taller... And even if there were, I’m probably not the best person to help you; only 5’4” myself. Best you can do is eat well, stay healthy, and get lots of sleep. Hope this helps! - Patrick
