Every time I finish watching it, I rewatch it from the first episode and I never get tired of it. It is very wonderful, and I wish from my heart for another season.

I bought a Yamaha 125 motorcycle at 12 years old. I started working weekends for a framing contractor at 11 years and worked full time during summers. I bought a 1961 T-Bird convertible from the Ford Dealership when I was 14 and I didn't even have a driver's license. So yea, I guess we were a bit more responsible than other kids. Of course that was back in the 60's before the government said kids weren't old enough to work.

Still wouldn't call it great parenting though. You were just forced to adapt to your situation. But as long as you came out of it okay, that's all that matters.

When she arrived I was shocked, I got all shy and was a lot better behaved than I usually was for our babysitters 😂. But the story did not have have a great ending. She ended up having friends over partying in our house. I woke up when I heard voices and someone running up the stairs. A male, likely drunk, barged into my room and scared the crap out of me. She then cleared them out of the house. My parents found out though as they found cigarettes around the house and other evidence. Needless to say she never babysat for us again.
