FC RX7 THE DREADED 3800 RPM HESITATION

Hey!
Here's a quick shop update - Hopefully this video may help someone in the future.
Here is a FC RX7 that just won't rev over 3800 RPM.
it feels like the car starts choking.
We have diagnosed the exhaust, the injectors, and now it's onto the Intake Manifold
