- Mila and Mark Mulroney spoke to guests at an event following the state funeral for former Prime Minister Brian Mulroney in Montreal on Saturday. Mila cited her late husband when she said "life goes on". Son Mark praised Elizabeth Theodora Lapham, one of Mr. Mulroney's granddaughters, for her singing during the funeral service.

Mila Mulroney is pure class and dignity and always represented Canada so well.
Mrs. Mulroney is the definition of a true lady. She always gave her best in representing Canada around the world, never a misstep, always grace and dignity. We were lucky to have her at her husbands side. Just look at this composed, kind, dignified family, thank you Mila for a job well done.
Always stood by his side while he spoke. Now she stands in for him. What a lady.

I met the Mulroney's at the airport in Boston a few years back. They were standing in line ahead of me buying a newspaper. I tapped the former PM on the shoulder and asked him "when are you coming back to 24 Sussex Drive". They both laughed.
I enjoy hearing our late prime minister Brian Murphy sing " We'll meet again" He possessed a possessed such a strong character and charming personality, he did his work very well ! May he rest in peace... My deepest condolences to Mila and their children and family.... ❤

A facelift I think. Since that, her beautiful natural smiling expression was not the same. Nobody look like this at 71. Remember when she was young how expressive her face was? Sparkling, so smiling. Since that surgery she look so different. The new surgery for this now are less invasive. They do semi facelift and results are really natural. Ladies look 10-15 years younger.@@susanp7194

It was simply an outstanding ceremony. All of Canada was impressed by the Family and yes, an impressive singing performance by Theodora Lapham. I would venture to guess that music agents will be contacting the family after the performance! Our condoléances to the Mulroney Family.
Mila is a very classy lady. The best first lady ever. Entire family is so beautiful and nice. I wish that Carolina runs for Prime Minister one day.

My condolences to Caroline Mulroney, President of the Treasury Board of Ontario, and her family. Right Honourable Brian Mulroney was one of the best peoples who loved Canada and worked for it. He was most notably known for striking a free deal trade with USA.

She was somewhat of our nation's fashion icon in the 80's when being Canadian meant being dull. She was glamorous without even trying. If I remember correct , it was a Toronto Star article that was praising her style and gave us that line.
