Great Content man! I just went through all your reviews and both tours. SUBSCRIBED! What is your thoughts on your Titan pull down vs Rogues? I’ve been noticing some taller people might have issues with the Titan and standing bicep curl might be somewhat problematic.
Thanks for the sub! Appreciate it. Rogues pulldown machine is much taller and all around bigger/nicer. I'm 6.2 and have zero issues with Titan's height. Just adjust the chain where you want it. I can't tell you what to buy but if you like having the best buy Rogue but on the flip side I'm so happy with my Titan machine I see no reason to upgrade.
A single (pair) dumbbell rack infornt of that mirror would be convenient. Keeps you from having to lift from the ground. I have a Titan fitness and I love it. It's made I think for dumbbell block (not a fan), but works great for hex and round dumbbells
Thanks John. We tried to put a functional complete gym together and not go too crazy on expensive equipment. We've really impressed with the Rep stuff so far. Appreciate the support.
The roller j-cups on the rack are from Titan. Titan, fray, fringe, REP all use same size 3x3 post size and interchange. You just can't put any of those brands on Rogue racks without modifications as Rogue use's a true 3" square where the other companies use a metric equivalent. Hope that helps explain it. cheers!
Ideally for a commercial bjj gym you would want a continuous piece no seams. I’m hindsight I would have paid the extra money for the Velcro option from Dollamur. That being said I’ve never noticed the tape under my feet in training. It needs to be replaced every so often however.
My bad, I meant the tape on the stall mats! I would totally agree though about the Dollamur mats! I have a 15’x12’x2” mat that I got from them. The velcro is awesome but can be a pain to use since we roll ours up after every use (with the current set up).
Why did you opt for the rubber grip dumbbells over the stainless steel knurled grips? I have been going back and forth between the two so I think I need an outside perspective. Also, sick gym. This is damn near exactly what I want.
Hey Jimmy, I'll try to answer you here but check out my rubber grip review video for the details. The standard hex dumbbells are 30% bulkier and wider. I don't like how they feel when you get over 80lbs. The rubber grips are much more compact similar to the round urethane. The rubber grips are awesome when your garage is cold in the winter too. Easy to grip and your hands never slip. Hope that helps. Both are good but the small price to get rubber grips was worth it for me. cheers!
@@MacStrengthCo The thumbnail even says, "Why buy rubber grip dumbbells?" I can't believe I missed that. In any case I will go check out the video and also thanks for the response!
@@MacStrengthCo i do have a lot of Rep equipment too, def a fan. Im on the fence if i should replace my Inspire FTX for the Rep FT-5000. Im 6'1 and feel a little crammed in the FTX but the Rep is about double the price...
Great space
Thanks for stopping by for another exciting video of gym equipment! 😁
@@MacStrengthCo This is my kind of content lol
I got the idea to shoot a POV tour based from your basement tour video which I really liked. thanks for watching!
This is the gym i didn't know I needed but need it.
Right!
That space looks huge, how big is it?
1500
Impressive setup
thank you!
Commercialesque.
thank you
Beautiful setup.
Thank you!
FUCK! YES!! 🙌🏼
👍🏻
man your gym is insanely bad ass
Appreciate it! 🤙🏼
Nice! Setting up a similar gym myself but everything is Rogue.
Nice!👍🏻
Truly nice setup. I want to build something like that. Did your purposely built the shed for the gym, or did you have the shed already there.
Built for a gym and auto shop.
Just earned a sub, awesome gym
Thanks!!!💪🏼
I would turn the treadmills around, so you will have landing space in case of falling.
Not a bad idea! Appreciate the suggestion. cheers!

thats a solid idea! thank you.
Great gym, great tour, and great pace for the video. Very jealous of your space!
Thanks. It's changing again so another tour in the spring will be on deck! Appreciate the view.
Hey you did a great job setting this up. Everything is neat and organized, well done sir. Good example for the kids
hey thanks! It's a work in progress but it's worked well so far. Thanks for watching.
Still one of the best!
Thanks John. We tried to put a functional complete gym together and not go too crazy on expensive equipment. We've really impressed with the Rep stuff so far. Appreciate the support.
It doesnt get much better than that. The perfect home gym!! Greeting from Greece brother!
Thanks Mannie!!! Cheers
Impressive
Thanks. We are just getting started! Appreciate the support for our small channel!
Which roller jcups? I have that exact rack, those the titans? How do they fit? Thanks! Great gym

This gym, a thing of beauty, deserves better flooring than stall mats (@coop is to blame for this trend, I think).
Thanks man!! Appreciate it.
This is how I want my home gym to look like. One day I'll make it exactly like this. For now, i just have to work harder and save some money.
This is very achievable and Good luck my friend.
Awesome set up! Any link to the rolling peg board cart?
That was a custom piece I picked up from a local snowboard shop that went out of business!
Great setup! What's the square footage of your strength area?
20’x10’. I train boxing out on the rubber mats mostly so may area was designed for Bjj and wrestling.
I'm subscriber 500
Hell ya brotha!
How do you like the tape so far on the mats? Thoughts on using it for a commercial style gym/ affiliate?

The Gorilla tape on the floor works awesome. NO issues. Check out my flooring video for the details but it's tough stuff.
Nice setup! How many sq feet is your gym?
1500 sq ft.
Bro I need to get over there and train!!!
Yes you do!! 😀
That’s an amazing setup
Thanks
Great setup! Very jealous of that squat bar!
I blame Basement Brandon for that purchase!
Thats a beautiful gym man . Love it 😍
Thanks! Appreciate that.
Really nice set up. Great use of space.
Thanks! Appreciate it!
Middle class??
Trust me when I say hard work will get you anywhere you want. Nothing given everything earned. Thanks for watching!
Such a bad ass set up.
Thank you!! Appreciate it!
Awesome gym

@@JimmyBeans84 no worries. Here to help if I can. Appreciate the support.
Feels so open, I love it!
We tried to keep it open for boxing training etc out on the rubber floor area. Thanks for watching!
Where did you get the building?
We built it.
Very nice use of the space you have, everything you need is right there.
thank you. We spent a lot of time space planning to make it work. Appreciate the support.
Very clean, neat and well thought out set up. How much do you think you've invested in it total?
One day I’ll figure it out! Saved a ton going with Rep Fitness for most of the equipment and have no regrets.

@@MacStrengthCo that's what i was thinking. Ill throw it up on marketplace and see what happens 🤔
