I'm surprised with some of the negative reviews. I was so impressed with the ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxMwYg0MOXR4M-oGeyBsNSYe1aPOUoRH6D cage that I got the lat pulldown attachment that goes with it. It is equally outstanding. I don't have one complaint other than putting it together is a job. The instructions and packaging of the parts are very well designed and organized. Also, I stripped and damaged the pull down cable the first day, admitting it was my stupid fault, and they quickly replaced it at no charge. I'm 6'5, 280lbs and fit in the cage just fine. Glenn B
Hell yeah brother! Glad to see this channel is giving you the opportunity to build bigger and better. All that hard work is paying dividends for you and the fam.
because of that all his videos are cringe to me and there's people who actually take his advice on gym equipment as if he knows the difference between any of it.
My “gym” is a 6x8 spot in my basement with a bench, adjustable dumbbells, a couple of kettlebells, a door pull-up bar and a $300 spin bike. I could have joined planet fitness for about 6 years or so
Coop! You totally deserve to be at 1 million subs n more! Your channel is awesome! Even with your ‘my precious’ bars! You rock. Keep honing the craft. We rooting for you!
@@GarageGymReviews Hey Coop, could you please do a review on the multi-grip bar from your last gym tour, the one you said was manufactured in Las Vegas?
Congrats on the growth and success of your channel Coop! I’m genuinely excited for you and love watching your videos. Funny and informative. Congrats man!
I watched a few of your videos, they are awesome! But something I’m still scratching my head about, how are you not incredibly huge when all you do is work out??? And for your size you can absolutely lift an incredible amount of weight.
If he ever sells off some of his extra equipment, all of the home gym owners in his county are going to be so pumped. He's got so much stuff the wear levels are incredibly low on some items. That is an amazing guy to buy resale from.
very exciting with the move! pumped to see the new set up…room to grow! Keep up the content its the best…love all the humor and of course the go to source for all things home gym
Likely way to late now, but I would love those plates. On my fitness recovery journey after having some weird post Covid tachycardia that spiraled me to not being able to train. I would be 192 HR within 5 minutes. The worst feeling was not being able to do anything to get back into shape. Now it’s almost mended and I’m hitting exercise great.
Your in depth reviews are priceless, thanks for putting so much time in testing stuff for us. However, your videos are killing my gains! Greetings from Germany.
Coop, I want to introduce you to the concept of minimalism. To start, you should give away the equipment and gear that don't spark joy. I'll help move them.
Hey Coop! you got my attention REAL QUCK with your videos, I just retired from the Army and currently putting together a home gym.... if you could let go of anything, I'd gladley take it off of your hands to put in my new garage gym and then bragg about it so more people subscribe to your channel lol. Awesome job and keep it up. Now Im going to put a T.V. in my garage so I can watch your channel as I put together the home gym
I think Coop needs a Home Edit collab in the future for his new space. Would be a great advertising opportunity for his channel and work, but also would make the spaces make more space functionally esp. with all the overflow of tested products :)
I have literally built my garage gym based on all your reviews, thank you. You mentioned a review of skiers, that would be great. I am am avid skier as are millions of others, those machines are rarely reviewed in depth, and never from the perspective of a home gym.
Coop you should make a gym that has separate individual Garage Gyms with equipment in it or the Garage Gym specializes as a Olympic training garage, strongman garage, powerlifting garage, Highland games garage, and so on and so on. Just an idea….and your welcome.
Awesome! And did you say Give away? I'll take any give aways... Dumbbells, rack bench anything ... my garage gym is pretty much empty lol. Happy holidays brotha! 💪
Getting ready to move and set up my first garage gym. Appreciate the likes of you and Basement Brandon for guiding in the home gym space. Anything you have that you are getting rid of, hit me up. In the market for some dumbbells, kettlebells, and plates
When I was a kid I used to dream of living in the toy store. Now that store is your garage. What was I thinking before I clicked the 'watch' button?? Thnx Coop, awesome gym, not jelly at all. (makes grunting noises while trying to hold the tears and pain within)
Great video, great home gym. Your reviews are excellent and helpful. There's enough muscle-ego on UA-cam, so your humility and humour are always appreciated. As a high school teacher, my thoughts about your 'extras' would be for you to donate equipment to schools / youth programs in need. That and, or donating to something akin to the 'Wounded Warrior Project'. Just my two cents. Cheers from Canada.
It's funny to think you also own an actual gym as well with even MORE equipment! Excited to see how you handle moving everything. I saw on IG you're using 6+ pods to transport it all, ha!
Can you try to add DIY add ons to your $250 amazon power cage to make a cheap "Coop Squat". Like add the $25 pulley system on it and other stuff. Doesnt have to have everything but just what you think is good.
Hey coop I ll take some of that stuff if your getting rid of it. Also I love your channel! It’s made me pay more attention at my gym on base as well my home. This channel has help me point out some of the issues my base gym is facing.
Hey Coop, you should put together a set of extra items you have to build a starter home gym. Then do a giveaway where someone wins the setup and you are able to film helping them set it up for an ultimate starter home gym.
Coop my man! Could you make a video on how to make a weightlifting platform? I thought that it would fit the channel as you've helped me in the past to make concrete weight plates!
Hi. Love all your videos, I can't remeber which video it was but you have this attachment that you do bent over rows on that supports your chest. What is that and where did you get it? Thanks
Coop! If you’re moving and you wanna get rid of two 45lbs bumpers, let me know. I’ve got iron plates but I just want two bumpers so I can drop the weight indoors. Thanks!
Coop, if you have too many weight plates and bars, I could use em. I built a squat rack and bench and have only a couple of weight plates, total 405lbs to work with.
Coop I would really love to know your input on the force USA G20 I saw in your garage. Im having my first baby boy and I’m actually in the hospital with him right now but I’m looking to build a home gym to better myself for him. I only have a 1 car garage so I don’t have much room but do you think the g20 is worth it?
Is it not possible to get a barbell for like CAD$150? Watched one of your barbell review videos but half the ones I checked ranged in price from a months rent to a down payment on a house (if they were not sold out, I guess equipment is harder to get cause of COVID?).
