Watching from Gran Canaria, where I yesterday, the 16th, ran my first ever half marathon. I’ve been training for the CPH Marathon for about 8 weeks now, and also just had my first half. I’ve been running in Denmark mostly, where it is pretty cold, so it was very different to run a half in the heat🎉
As you said, the half marathon really serves as a nice indicator for your race💨

I just signed up to do a super sprint Triathalon in flagstaff this summer so im starting to train for that and hope to drop another 50-60lbs in the next 20 weeks.
