That's the scary part of having non reference card. One faulty component and bam. Reference cards never die from faulty components. Rather from overheating or user error.
My ASUS TUF OC 3080 Ti paired with 32GB DDR5 and i5-13600K paired with 4k@120Hz OLED running on DLSS Ultra Performance gets 30-40 FPS in washington areas and 40-60 FPS in NYC areas. Everything is set to high with ray retracing and path tracing, except only the Transparency setting is set to Low. I am really please with the performance. In CP2077 Phantom Libery, Hardware Unboxed Optimized settings with RTX Overdrive (Path Tracing), ray reconstructions also runs at 40-70 FPS (depending on areas) at 4K on DLSS Ultra Performance.

niceee running sweet man, my 3080 has just gone to warranty as its randomly flashing on the desktop lol.

@@shivamtundeleable I get 130 Fps in cyberpunk path tracing 1440p. I haven't try 4K but I think I should be good with $1270$ GPU.
That's not max settings, you got shadow detail on medium.
Damn my bad, but I've just checked and there is no difference in fps Med or High shadows, not a single frame.
@@club4ghz But there's a difference in visual quality and you might need to restart the game to be sure
