I would say it depends on your goals. The thing with working out is that unless you have a personal trainer, you have to make your own regiment. Do the workout, see how you feel, and assign something to yourself... 3 times a week? maybe everyday if this feels easy. or you can add this on to the end of one of your existing routines. set your goals and stick with them. That's the most important.
