Vindaloo Paste
Kashmiri Red Chillies - 10

Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Ginger - 1" (optional)
Sugar - 1/2 tsp (optional)
Vinegar - 1/2 cup ( check strength of vinegar and use accordingly)
