What about Mr. Match from Megaman Battle Network? A good chunk of the games he's in, he's doing illegal things, illegal things that could end up killing people with fire. He duped the protagonist of the series, Lan Hikari, in Battle Network 3, into almost setting Sci-lab on fire and killing everyone there, including Lan's dad, Yuchiro Hikari, who ends up in the hospital due to what Lan did when fooled by Mr. Match. Yet in all the games in the series, except Battle Network 5, he's present there. Who in the right mind would hire Mr. Match as a teacher in Battle Network 6? Surely the WWW (World 3, the crime syndicate he is a part of in some of the games) is infamous enough that even those outside Lan's home area, knows what evil crimes he committed? And yet, the Officials (the law enforcement in Electopia) and NetPolice, lets him run free. I feel the only reason Mr. Match actually turns over a new leaf for reals this time in BN6, is because he's in love with the hotdog sales lady in BN4, as in BN4, he tries to bring destruction to the Dendome, but once he noticed the girl he loves was in the audience during the tournament he was a part of, he called off the plan, because he didn't want to put her in danger. Yet the law enforcement does NOTHING to imprison him for his crimes, as if they expect the Elementary school student, Lan Hikari, to stop Mr. Match every time Match tries to cause crimes, as he always does.

Pretty much a good chunk of the Half-Life and Portal universe. Both Black Mesa and Aperture are staffed and run by people who have committed far too many crimes to list. Both companies have tons of building violations that would have OSHA slapping them like they were a Three Stooges act. Black Mesa conducts unethical experiments on aliens, and Aperture committed sins against nature by uploading human minds into machinery. Even if one company didn't unleash a cosmic apocalypse and the other didn't destroy itself because of rampaging projects, they'd both be in hot water once someone managed to survive working for them to report them to the proper authorities.

Match every time Match tries to cause crimes, as he always does.
got so close to seeing the whole video uncensored ,but then it just cut of 3/4 of the way in , so time to rewatch it all now then
The fact that you can get more than one of the authentic artwork from Redd, and it is indeed "authentic", is a little sus.
Maybe the video won't be interrupted midstream by it being unlisted this time! 😛
Granny Rags from Dishonored should really be on this list ..or in jail.
Haggie from Breath of the Wild. He tricks you into accepting money, and then orders you to go and fight some of the most dangerous enemies in the game. For nothing but his entertainment. I don't wanna know many hapless and overconfident wannabe adventurers he sent to their untimely deaths before the player comes along.
Chicken? We all know human flesh tastes like pork not chicken.
I feel like nearly all the NPCs in both GTA and Yakuza should probably be in some kind of prison.
The Pale King probably counts, but given that he's worshipped as a god, I think it would be impossible to charge him with thousands of counts of infanticide.
Oh! It's back!
Fallout 4 fans
Even if Dr Crocker offs himself the other doctor will still do the plastic surgeries for you. All you have to do is talk to him and hit the surgery option.
Sincerely, someone whose spent way too much time playing this game.
Then so did I, for knowing that.
Plenty of characters in FFXIV deserve this list... Emet-Selch, Fordola, that guy from the Sage questline...
The billionaire in America joke hits close to home.
It's not exclusive to America. Billionaire can anything they want in any countries they want. Only exception is counties ruled by dictators.
I think in Japan it's illegal to dress and act like a weirdo in public. It's the behavior, not the physique
not the blurred ribs 😂
So basically Doc Crocker is like Dr Steinman in Bioshock
I thought the dragon's dogma one was going to be the Jester because he puts a humiliating mask on you for which he should be shot into the sea.
The slavers in fallout 3 staight up tell you to go kidnap children
I couldn't work out why YT thought I hadn't watched this. Anyway, to repeat, I always like to try and guess who got what capture, but in this case I think the Animal Crossing one is an easy starter for ten.
The only npc i can think of that deserves to be in jail is conrad verner from mass effect specifically when you meet him in 2 where hes pretending to be a spectre
Since Haunter evolves on trade, so it having an Everstone would be fraud, and thus illegal.
Also, EVERY npc in gta should be in jail.
You forgot every batarian in Mass Effect.
2:20 The Mona Lisa doesn't have eyebrows, not because Da Vinci was lazy, but because she was playing with matches and they hadn't grown back in yet when he asked to paint her.
The Louvre Mona Lisa doesn't have eyebrows. The Prado one does. And the picture is the Prado Mona Lisa. The give away is the bright blue background rather than yellowed.
thing is, the sickos ARE supposed to be in jail. that's why you're taking the photos, as evidence
I mean... Cannibalism is legal in America it's just that most ways of obtaining the meat is what's illegal
12:43 this would’ve been the perfect opportunity to put in the footage at the end of Quest for the Holy Grail, or at the very least, the clip where Scratchy breathes in Itchy in Fantasia/Simpsons.
I deserve to be on trial for war crimes for my time in rimworld.
Dr Zed in Borderlands 2. Everything from his introduction to his offhand comments and various side quests. There is a reason he’s not a real doctor.
" Next time you find yourself bleeding to death just think... Dr Zed "
Similar to Mindy, there's a guy in Pokemon Sun and Moon who asks you to trade him your phantump for his so that both pokemon evolve into a trevanent. However, he missed the memo that you're supposed to trade both pokemon back afterwards.
i mean, you do try to arrest crocker, so it feels like a bit of a stretch to put him on this list
Mindy won me the lottery many years after so it's a partial forgiveness.
Today's video is back, folks!
The Illusive Man from Mass Effect was always shady and did some pretty terrible things. While he did resurrect Shepard and was trying to stop the reapers, he went about it in some pretty bad ways. Like a benevolent mob boss breaking knees for the good of humanity
"Who do they think they are? Me?"
Instant classic! 😄
London has stole enough art from around the world its ok if a toon from Animal crossing makes off with all the biscuts.
What paintings have they ever stolen? I know there's arguments about London "stealing" artifacts from stuff like Egyptian tombs and other ancient ruins, but, as far as I know, paintings specifically have never been on that list 🤔
All my hundreds of hours in Fallout 4, and I never worked with Doc Crocker. Can’t say I’m sorry.
Dr. Lesko from Fallout 3, uses FEV on already mutated ants and lets them run around exterminating a settlement.
I'm pretty sure the gunsmiths son isn't dead, but is actually living wild and free with the wolves
That doesn’t fit, given their ages and descriptions. The gunsmith is just sad, while the wolf man’s father was cruel
GTA:LCS was one of my favourite PS2 games as a kid, and it only got better once I started understanding the many jokes.
Well there is Donald Love media in gta 4 so probably living it up
At least half of Lollipop Chainsaw because of all the zombies munching on people.
Also, "Professional Zombie Hunter" being a legit family job choice means they likely killed a lot of non-zombies because they thought they were bitten but actually weren't.
I fucking love Gengar , a fat ball of purple menace . Look at him just perfect
