Jaswant Singh Chail, 21 (17.01.02), from Southampton, was arrested by officers within the Windsor Castle footprint on 25 December 2021.
He was carrying a loaded crossbow, and wearing black clothing and a metal mask when he told officers he was there to kill Her late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, who was in a private residence on the castle’s grounds at the time.
Chail pleaded guilty to a Treason Act offence and other charges relating to the incident at an earlier court appearance.

As for the treason case he should get life in a mental hospital or prison. However if this person in a foreigner or immigrant then there should be deported to serve the sentence in their own or country of origin which should be life or if that country has the death penalty for the same crime, that is what they get.
As for the needless murders all those doing this type of crime, only enforce bringing back the death penalty.
As it’s very clear current laws which would give them life in prison or very long sentences is not working.
