    INGREDIENTS
    BATTER:
    ▢1 cup rice flour
    ▢1/4 cup all-purpose flour
    ▢1/2 cup sugar
    ▢3/4 cup fresh milk
    ▢1/4 cup water
    ▢2 teaspoons baking powder
    ▢1/4 teaspoon salt
    ▢4 tablespoons vegetable oil
    ▢1 egg
    TOPPINGS:
    ▢grated cheese
    ▢grated coconut
    ▢1 salted egg - - cut into 8 to 12 thin slices
    ▢butter - - melted at room temperature for brushing

    hello! What if I don't have the molds? Can i use a pie pan or round pan?

    I love your recipe except I replaced fresh milk 1/4 cup, instead of water I used 1 cup coconut milk and 1 cup sugar. Remind me of Christmas in the Philippines.

    Foxy Folksy: hi po, tanong ko po yung binake nyo bibingka 10minutes, bale ilang minutes syang binake sa oven, Merry Christmas po and Godbless

      Hi, i used a 4.75 x4.75x 1.75 tin mold ordered from amazon. :) And it yielded 4 pieces.
