  • Pasko feels na talaga! Taste the warmth of Paskong Pinoy in the aroma of freshly baked bibingka in a simpol way. It is definitely not your ordinary bibingka! Bongga diba? ❤️
    Ingredients:
    Set A
    2 cups all-purpose flour
    1 ¼ cup sugar
    1 tablespoons baking powder
    1 teaspoon salt
    Set B
    2 large eggs
    2 cup coconut milk
    1/4 cup tablespoons Golden Fiesta Palm Oil
    Set C
    1 tablespoon ube flavoring
    Set C
    1 cup grated cheese
    2 pcs. Sliced salted egg

    You can steam! Yey... if you want the cheese toasted on top, torch it! We used to have a neighbor who steamed her bbingka. Hehe... i don't have my oven in our apartment. Great recipe! I will defintely try this, Chef👍👏

    Please do not use palm oil. First, it is high in glycidol, which is carcinogenic. Second, it is high in saturated fat, which is bad for the heart. And third, palm oil is a major contributor to deforestation.

      Pwede naman pero hindi nga lang mag kakaroon ng parang burn effect yung ibabaw at ilalim ng ating bibingka pero pwedeng pwede sya sa steamer.

    Did I miss the galapong when he was mixing all the ingredients? If he’s not using galapong, then we should not be naming this bibingka maybe? Except for the garnishes…this is just a regular cake. Still looks delicious
