    Hello! Thank you for the recipe. Can I make it on a square pan instead? Longer baking time then? Thanks again!

    Good morning from USA! Just now I made the royal bibingka to take to a potluck. My question when cool will it be firm? Looks like they are soft mochi. Thanks.

      Sounds great! They will firm up a little once they cool down but would still be tender. :)

    I, tried your recipe & it turns out very delicious but my prob is I grease the muffin pan also with cooking oil before putting the mixture but when cool down a little bit after it was cooked why is it still sticks in the pan when unmold? Please help. Thanks

    • @FoxyFolksy
      @FoxyFolksy  2 роки тому

      Oh no! Did you let them cool down before removing them from the molds? Use a soft spatula to pry them away if too sticky.

      It could be that some parts of your mounds were not properly covered in grease. Try using butter to grease instead of oil. Grease well. If it still sticks it could be that the nonstick coating of your pan was scratched or damaged.
