Dang dude thank you! Filming definitely makes these projects take way longer so I'm glad people enjoy watching them. Got lots more in store for the car!!
Gotta show all the frustrating stuff that a lot of people do behind the scenes! It's fun to see the finished product but sometimes getting there is a headache lol! Thanks for the kind words.
Cant wait for the next video so glad you cut those mufflers out and freed some more power 🙂 Sounds amazing these 3v sound better than coyotes that's all im gonna say it will sound EVEN better with a full exhaust system
Hopefully that fixes your PS problem, I'm on my 3rd pump in a year, First one blew at 96k miles, second one went out a few months ago when I was on The Dragon, and the seal blew on the replacement lol. I might need to invest in a PS cooler. Great video as always! Can't wait to hear it ripping in the next event!
@@LooseFab To be completely honest, my buddy replaced it while I was at work one day. He had it for a day, so it must not have been a bad job. I'd probably just saw age, wear and tear on all the seals.
@@dean_4.6 that's promising! I glad I at least have a spare if it comes to that, It looks like it might be tricky to get to. Might be a job for when the weather cools a little lol!
Ran through the same issue. I got the scotidi dual caliper with the brake line and handbrake kit. I drilled a couple holes that i decided to run through the mounting bracket for the rear seats and had to route across the axle and make sure the upper control arms doesnt hit the brake lines or fittings 🤦🏻♂️
Man I thought I was going crazy when I was struggling this hard, glad I'm not alone! I have to check out the seat mount as an option, that sounds promising! Thanks for the idea!
As an s197 owner with the scotidi lines sitting in a package in my backseat... did you guys figure out a sure fire way to run them? Also, what's your master cylinder/ handbrake orientation like? Both forward under the dash on the driver side like in the video? Keep up the good work and videos regardless 👍🤙
@@cbitty381 I still haven't installed them, been really busy working on something behind the scenes to show you guys.. If you want to see how I installed it I have a whole video on that on my channel. It's in the interior video one!
Yeah no leaks or anything so far so we will see! I didn't think the zip tie style mounts would be such a bear but here we are lol. Happy with yours so far?
@@LooseFab so far so good. I used the provided mounts on top and regular zip ties on the bottom. No leaks out anything so far and haven’t lost power steering in drift yet
When I bought my 07 gt I brought it home Wednesday and Thursday I unbolted the mufflers and got straight pipes in there place. I hated only being able to hear the engine. I hope to go to aftermarket cats to bring the sound up even more. 3v don't sound bad with just a straight pipe.
Haha you were smarter than me, I wish I did it right away! Usually not crazy about straight piped cars but man this one sounds good! You gonna do long tubes?
@@LooseFab I plan on it but its far in the future. I want to do wheels, tires, brakes, suspension, then I would probably either supercharge or LTH but that is a couple years away. I want to upgrade handling and driver over power.
@@venomklan1171 seem to be getting a ton of similar comments, I guess we aren't alone and these Ford ps pumps kinda suck lol. (spoiler alert for next week) the cheapo cooler actually makes a huge difference, for it being a relatively easy install it's well worth it!
already loving the sound with just the mufflers cut, I'm thinking I gotta change out my borla cat back now. I don't remember if you mentioned, but what made you wanna go with a 3v instead of something else?
I'm super happy with thr sound so far, sounds great without being too loud! I considered a new edge mustang but they are still on the fox platform which is a very old chassis. This is a much better chassis without being crazy expensive like the coyotes and S550. Feel like it was the perfect sweet spot of affordable and high performance! Maybe I should make a video talking about all the reasons 🤔
@@LooseFab IF possible It'd obviously love to see some boost in a drift build but these rods can't really handle more than 450tq lol. If I remember correctly 2012 Boss 302 rods are for some reason a direct drop-in but do drop the compression to like 9-1
I just binge watched all the mustang videos, love the channel. The quality is better than alot of channels with several hundred thousand subscribers
