Great video! Love the improvement from when it started. It's reminding me of a few years ago when ChrisFix made that 2v into a drift car. Love all the angles of the video, especially the long sweep at 7:30
Thank you! I love that 2v drift car that he built! I'd really like to get my hands on a new edge someday, Im a big fan of that body style. I was super happy with how all the footage turned out! Thanks again dude.
Dude I want to get a New Edge too, it's what I was looking for when I got my s197. I think it's because I'm old and when I was in 8th grade my sister was a senior (2002) and got a 99' 35th Anniversary New Edge. That I eventually bought from her. And even though it was the 3 worse options, Automatic, V6, Convertible that's when I fell in love with mustangs
@@salsavillo9146 got a taste of it, would be super cool to get your hands on one with a trim you're really excited about! Always makes it even better when cars have a little bit of history or sentimental value to them
Those are both turned off! (I hope, lol) I believe they are disabled with the changes i made to the suspension which resulted in removing the abs sensors. I also pulled the fuses for abs and traction control just to be safe! Thanks for watching
Oh I had a question for you, I know your car is a track only car but with that NRG short hub, do you have to remove your click spring or do your turn signals still cancel after a turn
Good question! I removed mine pretty "forcefully" because I knew I wouldn't have a need for it. But I am pretty sure they are designed to be used with the original clock spring so your turn signals still work properly!
@@LooseFab okay I found out that you can keep your clock spring and I found a bracket to relocate the cruise control, I'm gonna put the bracket between the short hub and quick release.
That's a good question, I don't know the dimensions off the top of my head. With the added track width on the car I only have about 1/4 of wiggle room to get it on the trailer though lol!
@@Claytons91 yeah the length wasnt too much of an issue for me, but the car is so dang wide it barely fits! Tire rack is a great idea, I was debating making one for the trailer or maybe even for my truck bed!
I love this series! This has been so fun to watch
Thanks dude I appreciate that! It's been a blast to build and even more fun to drive!
Found your channel at the beginning of this mustang build then completely lost it for awhile and found it again good stuff cars amazing here to stay
Glad you found your way back! Car had a ton of changes in a very short amount of time lol. Thanks for sticking around!

You and Devin are lightyears away from were you guys were last season, good stuff man!
Thanks dude! This car definitely inspires way more confidence than the 86 did lol

It's super cool, I'd love to build a new edge one day!
Those drone shots are 👌
I think they turned out so good!
that thumbnail is insane
Thanks dude, it's a pretty wicked pic right
Im dissapointed that UA-cam didint tell me this was out for 3 hours after upload 😢
Dang you got jipped! Hope you enjoyed when you finally did get to watch!
good to see you keep it up. you will get better
Thanks dude I appreciate it! Was frustrating messing up in competition like that but it was still a blast! I definitely have the bug to do it again
I'm not totally into drifting so I have a question, is there a reason to keep TCS and ESC on? Loving the build so far

@@salsavillo9146 thats perfect then dude! glad you can hear you can keep everything factory. what wheel did you go with?
what size trailer are you using?

@@LooseFab I need a trailer for my drift stang and I see a few 16ft or maybe a 18ft, I thought about making a tire rack for the front.
