If you installed the software'' jun 2024 update'', after resetting the keyboard, the Ring Light keyboard will stop working and there is no way to fix it from software , the only way to fix this problem is to use a factory reset on the keyboard.use this combo : fn+esc then f1+f3+f5
I just ordered this keyboard in part to your thorough review. Initially I was going to go with a cheaper option I was debating on, but the cheaper options were very clacky in sound tests. The gradient on this keyboard is unique and beautiful too. I didn't want a keyboard that was just black and white. Will update after I get it!
