I have M15-2. I managed to get one to work in either Bridge or Router mode (connected via Ethernet cable to main router) and then the other one is seen on the mobile app as an extender. But if I change the mode of the main M15 to Extender, it starts working as an extender but the other M15 just blinks orange and I can't set it up. Is it even possible to have two M15s to work as extenders (connected via wifi to the router) or do I always need to have one main M15 connected via Ethernet cable to the router?
Yung master po ba, kelangan talaga nakaconnect through wire? or pwede sya ng wireless connection from router through WPS?
how to add another 1pack dlink mesh to existing 3packs? plug & play na lang ba sya, automatic na mag install?
Yung nabili ko dito sa Taiwan walang number 1, paano ko po malalaman kung saan yung master? I will use these mesh sa Pinas po.
Can we plug the main Dlink Eagle to the fiber's switch without use the internet service provider's box ?

Hi Tiktok TV, Eagle Pro AI does not have a fiber port on it, only supports Ethernet UTP connection. You will still need to use the ISPs Modem/Router to coonect to it's LAN port that has Internet.

Hi Koti, good day sir. Just to confirm, do you have public static IP address set on your M15 and you want to ping it from the outside?

How many mesh can connect to each other?

Hi Amigo, thank you for the subs! Yes, if you want to delete your Eagle Pro account, you may delete it on the app itself. I suggest resetting the Eagle Pro device first before deleting your account. You may create a new account again.

White naman ung ilaw pero nag blink po.. may mali po b? Infer naman po lakas ng signal dito s taas
Blinking white lights means it is not getting a good connection from the master or main mesh. Try to relocate the extender mesh closer to the master or main mesh. Lights should be solid.

Just to confirm, 0 po siya sa list Extender correct? Try niyo po turn off both master at extender mesh wait for about a minute then power on the master mesh first, wait for the lights yo turn white then power the extender mesh.
Log in again to check if the extender is listed on the Extender. If still 0, try to reset the extender mesh and add again using the app.
I tried this but it says it can’t connect
