@@Eclipse-SSC That is categorically false. There are still good players, it's just no matter how good you are, eventually you will die if your team falls apart, it's not nearly as easy to carry. Also, being good at top tier looks much different than even right below it at around 9.0. You're doing lots of different maneuvers to counter missiles and radar, like notching, and even when you get a dogfight, you have to fight differently because of the high AoA and behavior of these jets. Imo the skill ceiling is actually much higher BECAUSE it's so much easier to get kills, it means you can also get killed easier. There's a lot more shit to manage. Yeah I get that it's just "haha push buttons" but they're doing the same to you, and if you don't have the SKILL required, you'll die. It's just an addition and modification to the skill set already required by what you've flown before. Its not that there's no good players, it's just that the vast majority are so fucking shit that even the ones who are good die or don't do well due to their their team or the enemy team being brain dead. This has always been a problem, but it is exaggerated now.

Here’s hoping the next air update comes with the F-16, F-15, an F-14A Late (upgraded version of the Early), MiG-29, Su-27, and Panavia Tornado. I also hope this update would have a name that references the Gulf War somehow. That would be sick.

Fun fact: itll take a minimum of 6 years to complete war thunder tech trees (could be less) and a premium player 2 years or less to finish all tech trees or what is referred to now ptw (pay to win)

The better radar on the f14 gives you the edge in BVR fights and most of my aim54 kills are on Mig-23s. Say what you want but just cause your garbage on the F14 doesn't mean everyone is.
