As dcs f14b pilot i can say that you need to contain lock for much longer to make phoenix track better or not get chaffed after 4 sec after missile launch. Still dont have f14 in wt.
F-14B's TWS is bugger RN.
You can't keep lock unless you fly directly head on.
@@aleksanderf4672 yeah its because of how gaijin modeled the camera... (i know exactly what happens but im gonna dumb it down)
if the target you have radar locked is not in range of your camera, the camera does an action to try locking on and that action also performs makes your radar try to lock onto the air your camera is looking at.
DCS doesn't really translate to War Thunder
@@braedynhoward3644 thats not his point, DCS does its best to be as realistic as possible, so if something in WT were to be made correctly it should have a correlation with DCS

This was rough to watch if I'm being honest. Little tip for anyone watching if you fire your Phoenix missiles in a hard lock the missile will never go into "pitbull" mode and still act just like a SAHR missile like the AIM 7F. Launch the missile while using TWS and softlock to allow the missile to get into active mode on its own.

Why is it when i watch a vid and the guy uses a AIM-7M or F their missiles actually work, but when i use em the missiles either destroy itself half way to the target or just go in the opposite direction.....
because your not using them correctly? literal skill issue

Do not use the f-14 SO low to the ground it will mess with the radar!
I always use the F-14A at this height and it’s most effective, B has the same Radar as the A so the B works the same

F14B's TWS is currently bugged anyways, if you move the target outside of the camera's FOV, the radar decides to delete all the targets its tracking.

Its not actually a scam. This things been around forever and does give you GE for free, but its really not worth your time imo since the returns are generally pretty pisspoor for your time doing whatever the ads or surveys or whatever it wants you to do. Ive used it a few times when I was like 10 GE short of something though and didnt want to buy a whole new batch from gaijin.
It isn't a scam - I got around 5000 GE from it for make accounts on trading platforms, crypto sellers and stuff.
Took me a few weeks.
All accounts are canceled now.
Sadly no good offers.
