I honestly couldn't have imagined the difference I will see after this 4 weeks challenge. Couldn't be happier or prouder of our achievement and the evolution I see (I am able to do more reps, finally do the star plank; my biceps muscle is there visible 😅).

Life is so unpredictable anna,when u started this program .I had already done with my periods.so i was super happy lyk i will be able to do every single day without gap but life had other plan.my 8 yr long relationship came to an end this sunday. N see i gave up in the last week of this program..this week had been terribly bad for me i didn't workout,eat on time,not studied a bit.Forgot how to smile.I dont knw when will i overcome this.but i felt lyk commenting so i did..Just realise we cant preplanned everything.I dont know when i will be able to do workout again.Am gonna start with yoga at first.Ok tk cr everybody dont let any1 decide happiness of ur life.
I'm sorry to hear you are going through so much right now. Now it is time to focus on just you. I hope you find the strength to put yourself first when you are ready. Take your time and be kind to yourself, breakups are a lot to deal with, but it can also a great time to use the break-up to break-out of old patterns and behaviors that no longer serve you.
