I love you man, delivery people save my ass all the time.
For food delivery I get paid way more with Postmates because in most cases the person damn near match the tip to the price of the fee.
I understand that Ubereats have to charge a delivery fee to the customers in order to make a profit. I resent that they take a chunk of our pay and on top of that tell customers not to tip. In Chicago they do take 30% of our money we deserve to keep. Ubereats make sure they get there share but definitely do not care about their drivers. That's why I do mostly GrubHub and Amazon Flex (restaurant not packages).
Eats here in Tampa, Florida definitely does not have a $15 guarantee. I wish. lol

Hey I’ve been doing PM in Beaverton for about a month now, but I HATE driving downtown so I stick to the west side. In my experience my largest tip was $15. Do you get most of your good tips in the Portland area?
Thank you brother. I've been driving for Ubereats, Grub hub, and Postmates. I have positives and negatives about all 3. I have to ask why would you wait more than 5-10 minutes?
If the $15/hour guarantee a short time promotion or is that a full-time feature? I haven't heard of that anywhere else for UberEats. Thanks!
i just started ubereats and they DO not have in app tipping. so if you don't get a cash tip then you just get whatever they pay for the miles from the restaurant to the drop off location.

Hey Paul, I've noticed that on postmates that even after i've been payed out and the money has been deposited in my account that old orders will still still say "Pending" under the tip section. Have you ever gotten tips like days or weeks later from any of your old "Pending" tips ?

Hey Paul I really like your videos! I have a question though. How does Postmates pay so much there? I'm in San Diego and it seems like you guys get paid a lot more there even though it's cost of living is more here. It makes no sense. Anyways it's good for you. Plus it rarely ever blitzes here outside of the 12-6 am time frame. Plus you are correct UberEATS does not have a tipping option on the app which is bullshit. They actually discourage tipping. I'm signed up for UberEATS but haven't done any deliveries because I'm already a UberX driver and they won't let us do UberEATS and UberX separately while on the road. Every time I turn Uber on I still have only gotten UberX requests.

When Postmates Gives You A Delivery.. Do You Have To Pay From Your Pocket Or Does The Money Go In The Prepaid Card When The Customer Makes A Purchase?

I'm not sure how old your post is but Uber Eats does not guarantee $15.00 . As far as tipping goes, the customer is given an option to tip online.

Mike Lewis really old comment so I’m sorry if this doesn’t help anymore but you can run them on 2 different phones. I tend to do doordash on one phone and postmates on my other phone, I never schedule shifts because you clearly can’t do each app at the same time if you get 2 orders. It’s usually not worth the hassle but on weekends it works well.
I watched a furious Uber Eats driver in pain for waiting 45 minutes for her order.. So yes you do have to wait for UberEats orders.
