Price will vary depending on area, how old the apt is, and time you decide to sign the lease. Summer is the worst time to shop. Luckily I got the last apt before the price hike. If you’re looking for something similar to mine, expect to pay anywhere from 1-1350/1bd
There are some nice older apts you can find that range from 800-1k

It would be helpful if you could share some tips on how to qualify for an apartment or car loan for those of us working in the gig economy. We don't receive traditional pay stubs & income isn't consistent which makes it very challenging. Sometimes prior years 1099 & tax returns are required.
