Im on Android. Still have only acceptance rate and cancellation rate.
I do nights 10pm-4am. In 6 hours, I make like $130 because I get $10 for the quest thing. Every delivery adds on $10. If I don't feel like finding a customer for more than 5-10 minutes, I just hit "Could not find customer" and STILL GET PAID. Then I eat the food lol.
I'm not going to waste 20 minutes looking for 1 customer when I can cancel and still get paid.
You can’t get deactivated for low exceptence!only on cancels.
Someone seriously needs a trim!

My iPhone has only shown satisfaction rate for a week or two. If you want to see your acceptance rate and driver cancellations they are still visible on the website via the payments statements tab. Mine shows acceptance rate 38% and driver cancellations 0. Something definitely changed after Feb 19th. I had 80%+ acceptance rate on all statements before, and now I am in the teens each week after. I just don't accept anything more than 13 minutes or so away.
The effect was thumbs up !!!
We need the total amount up front like GrubHub! Hell with McDonalds.

I have used Ubereats I always assume the booking fee was a tip to the driver. Now I know it's not and I think that's ridiculous to charge you for food and booking fee then wants the tip to driver . If I walk into Mcdonalds, Taco Bells , Denny's there is no booking fee so why is there one for Ubereats. They either need to eliminate the booking fee or split 50/50 between the driver and the restaurant. I can't afford food bill, booking fee and tip to the driver. I will no longer use that service.

BunnyLovesHam . Yep so will not use them not like I am exactly starving to death.
Even if you call a restaurant and ask for a delivery, 95% of those restaurants will charge a delivery fee, which is essentially what the service fee Uber charges you is. But, like you said, if you want to avoid the delivery fee, drive to the restaurant, using your gas and pick it up. And then use more of your gas to drive back home.

We’ve been able to reject or cancel as many orders as we want for the past year at least. They send nastygrams if you cancel after picking up the order but they don’t care about canceling before pickup. The acceptance rate and cancelation rate they listed had zero impact.

I noticed if I reject requests very often I am temporarily not getting requests from higher end restaurants until I am in green. I think restaurants can choose drivers based on their acceptance and cancellation rates. Higher end restaurants means better tips.
The algorithm picks the available driver at the time or closes to the restaurant. Most restaurant tablets with uber app just send out request like the uber passenger app. If you are within 5 miles of the restaurant or the only one logged on eats you get the request.

Hey dude whenever you showed the Uber app telling us what you've made, I assumed that the entire amount is all yours, but the UA-camr named LasVegasJay said the amount shown on the app is before UberEats takes their whatever % that they take, is that right? If that app is just showing the gross amount and not the actual amount that you are making, that is fraud, and you are not telling the truth either.
